The Watergate Suite on the Ocean Blue complex is a gorgeous modern luxury apartment located just 50 meters from the sandy beach at Treyarnon Bay with breathtaking views over the beach and out to sea.

The property is fully equipped with a fabulous modern kitchen and everything you need for a relaxing holiday.

The beach of Treyarnon Bay which is literally in front of the property, prides itself as being a beautiful clean sandy beach perfect for family holidays. It is most famous for its large natural rock swimming pool revealed at low tide and it is perfect for body boarding and surfing with a lifeguard in peak season.

There are numerous rock pools to explore and sheltered small coves, ideal for sun bathing and being just outside the property it is lovely to spend the evenings on the beach having a picnic or barbeque. Alternatively the apartment has its own private terrace which is great for dining outside and provides a great space to watch the sunsets.

The Watergate Suite is a stunning modern property with a lovely terrace area, looking out over Treyarnon Bay. Situated on the luxurious Ocean Blue complex, affording great sea views.

This duplex is extremely spacious. With the sunlight flooding in through the large patio doors it’s a fabulous place to be near the sea, watching the surf. The beach is in front of the property only a few steps away – what could be nicer than not having to get in the car, but having one of the best sandy beaches right on your doorstep!

The stylish design of the open plan living/dining area provides the perfect environment to unwind whilst looking out to the stunning coastal views at Treyarnon Bay. The quality furnishings are modern and exceptionally comfortable offering a luxury holiday experience.

The owners want the experience to be special and have carefully furnished the duplex with flair and comfort in mind to make your holiday as relaxing as possible.

Private parking for one car on site plus extra parking spaces on the complex for visitors to all the apartments on a first come first serve basis.

Treyarnon Bay is a fabulous large surfing beach with beautiful golden sand. Wonderful for families, building sandcastles, fishing in rock pools and surfing. When the tide is out there is a large natural swimming pool – an amazing experience not to be missed. The beach also has a local convenience store in the summer months – handy for milk and a morning newspaper and there are a few pop up cafes along the beach. At Constantine Bay you can indulge in an ice cream or enjoy the perfect cappuccino. Open all year, at Treyarnon Bay there is also a youth hostel situated just off the beach, which serves food and good beer and wine.

Being in such a privileged position so close to the beach and the coastal paths, The Watergate Suite at Ocean Blue offers the opportunity to relax and unwind without having to think about getting in your car. The area has some of the finest clifftop walking in the county and both Treyarnon Bay and Constantine Bay, also on the doorstep, are dog friendly throughout the year.

If you fancy venturing a little further afield Padstow is only 3 miles away. There you will have a huge choice of restaurants, cafes, pubs and galleries – plenty for all the family. You can enjoy boat and fishing trips from the famous harbour or take the passenger ferry over to Rock and discover beautiful Daymer Bay – in the evening you could try your hand at crabbing – a must with the kids.

For golf enthusiasts, only a couple of minutes drive away, there is the championship golf course at Trevose. A fantastic course in a spectacular location – just 2 miles from the property.

Walking is also a popular pastime as the property is situated right on coastal path, offering miles of beautiful walks. Other activities nearby include horse riding, go-carting and cycling.

The village of St Merryn is only 1 mile up the road and there you will find a local convenience store, fish and chip shop plus a further selection of good eateries including Rick Stein’s pub, The Cornish Arms.

Perfect for couples or family of 4. Only 50 yds from a fabulous surfing beach

A truly modern contemporary 2 bedded apartment with all the mod cons. The whole place was spotless and each Bedroom had an ensuite and M&S linen. The numbering of the apartments was a bit strange and so was the parking allocations. However, there was nothing missing and the view and soothing noise of the Ocean was truly fantastic. We were well looked after by the management company and were made to feel very welcome. We flew there from Stansted with FLYBE and it only took 1 hour! The location is also perfect for Padstow, Rock and Wadebridge...oh! and Newquay if you like that sort of thing!

Great apartment with view of the bay. Light, bright and immaculate. Mike was very helpful and easy to contact. It was lovely to wander down to the beach early morning with a coffee.
