Wonderful clean and modern property with views of the marshes and close to the coastal path!! Please contact me for winter weekend discounts.
A Modern detached four bed property in a superb location, just minutes from the North Norfolk coastal path and within easy walking distance of local amenities and the east quay.
This property has been recently refurbished to an excellent standard with brand new, modern comfortable furniture and utilities throughout. The property has a good sized private garden, which is totally enclosed. Side gate leading to footpath with views over the sea marshes and sea wall beyond. Parking for up to three vehicles with additional off road parking if required.
Wi-Fi infinity is included. Please send me an enquiry in the first instance to make sure the property is available on your preferred dates. Ardmore is also a wonderful retreat for short breaks and longer stays, so if you are considering a gathering of friends or family, please do contact me for possible out of season reductions.

Fabulous Christmas Stat
We had a great family christmas at Ardmore, a generously sized house for 7 adults, a child and 2 dogs. Really well equipped and nicely laid out with plenty of space to socialise, relax and enjoy your break, plus the garden is perfect for dogs and would be great for a bbq in the summer. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying again

Ardmore has excellent parking facilities, and is a short walk into the centre of town. We are also located just a few minutes walk from the North Norfolk Coastal path and the marshes where there is ample opportunity for bird watching and superb walks
