About the property

Two bedroomed private villa walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops

This gorgeous semi detached modern bungalow is situated in the quiet, secure residential urbanization of Campo-mar, in the very popular La Zenia resort.

Shops, bars, restaurants and the blue flag sandy beaches are all within walking distance.

Entrance is via two double locked gates into the walled private well maintained pool, there is plenty of space to relax on the four sun loungers, play games. There is also further seating provided with a large parasol.

As you walk up to the front door of the villa, there is a little terrace where you can enjoy al fresco dinning at the four seater dinning table.

The main entrance to the house takes you straight into the lounge which provides comfortable seating where you can watch TV or DVD on the Sony flat screen TV, there are 100's of TV channels to choose from, we also have unlimited 4G wifi.

There is an in door dinning area and the lounge is also fitted with air conditioning.

The kitchen is straight through the lounge providing modern open plan living, which is well equipped to cater for all your needs whilst on holiday.

The two bedrooms have twin beds, however you can push them together to create a king size bed - there is also a stand alone wardrobe and a little storage unit. The second bedroom has twin beds and a built in fitted wardrobe and air conditioning.

The family bathroom has corner shower enclosure and great storage space.

The roof top solarium is ideal for drying you washing or to sip a drink and watch the sunset. You can easily spot the shops and see whats going on from the terrace.

This area is a perfect location as you do not need a car and it is within easy strolling distance to shops, bars, restaurants and blue flag sandy beaches.

Lovely villa

We had a lovely week in Kelly's villa. It was very true to its photos, description and all the previous reviews. Modern, comfortable, spotless, very secure and everything you could want within a couple of minutes walk. Would not hesitate to recommend this villa. Kelly very easy to deal with from start to finish.

After staying at Kelly & Terry's Villa for 8 weeks can we say it is the best Villa we have stayed in in Spain not only was it very equipped to cook what ever you wanted but also for comfort with a lovely swimming and patio furniture outside and is very private further more it right in the middle of very good supermarkets and fabulous restaurants near by just one more thing we felt that the owners Kelly/Terry could not do enough for us including a starter pack and a lovely bottle of champagne and send us l lovely Christmas tree so on the above all we can say again is thank you very much for the 8 wonderful weeks we had at you lovely Villa and would not think twice about booking again in the near future

Perfect villa in great location

My partner and I had a great week. The villa is extremely well appointed and presented, and spotlessly clean. With lots of outside space around the pool and a roof terrace there's plenty of room if visiting as a family or with friends. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need if wanting to cook. The pool is perfect, and it the villa is very secure.

The villa is very near two supermarkets and lots of nice bars and restaurants. (Particularly recommend the Irish coffees in Alejandro's!). It's a short stroll to a really nice beach in one direction and la Zenia boulevard in the other - a great open air shopping precinct. Bombon Boss cafe in the middle is great!

I highly recommend hiring bikes if you want to explore the area a little more - there are great beaches in both directions and lovely villages inland, all accessible by good cycle paths or safe wide roads. You can also walk easily to the next beaches in each direction along lovely coastal paths accessible from the main beach.

Highly recommend staying here for a hassle free, safe and good value week in this fun part of the Costa Blanca.

Great location

Enjoyed our stay house was like a home from home. Outside space was great a lovely pool and sitting areas, very private. Had shopping centres on door step and not far from La Zenia shopping mall. We have been coming to this area for a number of years and this is one of the best houses we have rented. We were met at villa by Richard who was very helpfull and were delighted to find a welcome pack with everything you would need. We will be in touch to

book again next year.

Amazing week in the villa in La Zenia September 2nd/10th 2016

Lovely warm welcome from Richard who showed us around the villa. The wine, beer & provisions was a really nice surprise after our late arrival. The villa is tastefully decorated & has everything you need. As for the private pool what can I say Amazing, really needed it as it was so hot. Would recommend a stay in this beautiful villa. It's also in a perfect location, walking distance to everything you need.

Nearest Airport : 24 km Murcia (20 mns via AP7 exit La Zenia at 24 Kilometres Nearest Barpub : There are so many to choose from at 50 Metres Nearest Ferry : Santander (8 hours by car) at 880 Kilometres Nearest Golf : Villamartin, the villa is close to 20+ Golf Clubs at 2 Kilometres Nearest Motorway : AP7 - La Zenia at 250 Metres Nearest Restaurant : There are so many to choose from at 50 Metres Nearest Ski : Granada (3 hours by car) at 330 Kilometres Nearest Beach : 10 min walk at 800 Metres Car: not necessary

There is so much to do, the La Zenia Boulevard famous for great shopping opportunities is only a 5 minute walk away where you can also eat out and enjoy a game of Bowling.

The blue flag sandy family friendly beaches are only a 10min walk away and you can follow the coastal walk/bike route all the way to Cabo Roig Marina and beyond.

Golfers are spoilt for choice there are numerous golf cubs such as championship golf course in Villamartin and the famous 'Las Ramblas' golf course and not to mention the beautiful 'Real club de Golf in Campoamour'.
