Notes:
The outdoor porch and terrace are a great place to relax. For winter breaks we have a wood burning stove and logs are supplied. Perfect for hiking, track routes start at the door. There is free parking at 200 mts.

Perfect and most delightful place

We stayed for a week in Feb 2017 half term with our two children aged 4&5. The apartment has been wonderfully decked out with all the things you would need to hand. The courtyard area outside was such an added bonus. It was very clean and tidy without being sparse. Our children loved it, the bedroom are spacious with plenty room for clothes. Both rooms are ensuite, with fresh and clean showers. Whilst the summary explains no toilet doors, and this may appear offputting, dont be as it is cleverly designed to avoid awkward sights, plus you can simply close the bedroom door!

Wonderful little stroll up the steps to a couple of cafes and we did walk to Soller with our children in under 30 minutes - which was at a lazy 4 year old pace! Soller is a wonderful place in itself, laid back town, lots of cafes in the square and ice cream shops too!

Inez was very helpful, and as next door is on hand to help if needed.

fantastic lovely house , splendid environment

We spent some wonderfull days at ca's suec !

Beautifull cosy house , a lot of comfort and luxury.

Located in a spendid environment near Soller (only 15 minutes walk ).

It is also an ideal starting point for journeys or discovery of the area .

We are looking forward to our next stay !!

Even better than the pictures

The house is great. It is modern, well equipped and clean. The standard of décor is excellent and the fixtures are all modern and faultless.

At the rear is a patio area and covered outdoor dining and BBQ area, with views of the mountains. The house is located down a quiet lane so there is no disturbance and it's a very peaceful setting.

It's a short walk to Biniaraix which is small but has a café and a bar. Overall a really good place to relax and explore the mountains and coast (Port de Soller only 10 minute drive). The owner was always available and helpful. No complaints!

Geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in perfekter und ruhiger Lage

Das geschmackvoll eingerichtete Haus und auch der wunderbare Innenhof mit bequemen Liegen, Grill und vielen weiteren Extras hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sowohl Biniaraix als auch Soller sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das kleine Cafe-Restaurant in Biniaraix (10 Minuten Fußweg) ist besonders zu empfehlen. Wer die Ruhe sucht, findet hier einen Ort der Entspannung.

Optimale Unterkunft für einen schönen Urlaub

Ein wirklich tolles Haus. Die Bilder entsprechen der Wirklichkeit, die Wohnung ist komplett und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir haben nichts vermisst.

Biniaraix liegt nach unserer Meinung im nach schönsten Teil Mallorcas. Es ist ein idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen durch eine tolle Landschaft. Und bei einem Bier oder einem Kaffee auf dem Platz in Fornalutx lässt sich wunderbar entspannen.

Inez war eine sehr freundliche, nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin.

Wir können diese Wohnung nur wärmstens empfehlen.
