2 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom, sleeping 4, the apartment is in a great location.

With two bedrooms and one very recently reformed bathroom, this excellent comfortable and fully equipped ground floor apartment is located within a gated community with communal swimming pool and underground parking for one car.

There is TV with many UK channels available and also high speed WIFI internet access.

There are restaurants and a bars within just a few metres of the entrance to the community and within five minutes walking distance in either direction, there are loads more shops, bars and restaurants as well virtually everything else you will need, for a great holiday. The whole area is filled with places to eat and drink, buy the morning newspaper and have a coffee and breakfast. Some restaurants have evening entertainment to enjoy with dinner.

The beach is a ten to fifteen minute walk, over the footbridge across the main road.

There are also banks and a pharmacy close by as well as a supermarket and everything you will need for a great holiday. There are so many restaurants within very easy walking distance.

Puerto Banus is 15 minutes by car and Marbella 20 minutes. Malaga airport is around 50 minutes by car.

Why Robert Sas chose Estepona

The apartment is in a great location, in an area called Benavista which is midway between Puerto Banus and Estepona. It is within extremely close proximity to everything in the area that you will need and is in a great location. Shops, bars, restaurants and everything you will need are all within very easy walking distance and the beach is a fifteen minute walk. Step outside the gates and there are bars and shops on the doorstep. We chose this property because of its location, within walking distance of absolutely everything you will need and because it is very close to Puerto Banus in one direction and to Estepona in the other.

What makes this apartment unique

Within a secure gated community with communal swimming pool, underground parking, within easy walking distance of everything in the immediate area. Right by the entrance of the gated community are two bars (one also serving food), and fish and chip shop. a few moments walk in either direction there is much more available.

Estepona, Puerto Banus and Marbella are all within easy reach by car. There is also a bus service that runs locally. Should you wish to rent a car during your stay, there is a car rental office right on the doorstep.

Very well equipedt and clean apartment.

Ideal location in a quiet setting but still close to all amenities Bars and restaurants. Very well kept gardens and pool area. The apartment is well equiped with bedding towels and also in the kitchen.

The owner is very efficient answers all queries you may have on booking and is close by if any problems arise. Have already booked for next year and will continue to do so for as long as the apartment is available.
