Villa Vida, is located in the Upper Iklin area (central part of Malta), close to Naxxar square and the historical palace, 'Palazzo Parisio'. The property is located on high grounds and in a peaceful location enjoying country views from the bedrooms and terrace. The villa is a three bedroom property with high quality finishes and gadgets providing its tenants with a unique experience, with a taste of true luxury. The outdoor area has a large south facing swimming pool with outdoor furniture, BBQ facilities and an area with artificial lawn, ideal for relaxation. The indoor pool enjoys ample natural light through the big apertures and includes a Jacuzzi. The property has been fitted with all modern comfort gadgets such as air conditioning, multi-room audio system which enables its tenants to play different music in the different areas of the house, intelligent lighting system as well as burglar alarm and CCTV which can all be controlled from an Ipad which is provided during the stay.

The accommodation has been completed in 2014 and is thus brand new. High quality finishes have been used throughout the house ensuring that tenants enjoy the luxury of a five star hotel. The property enjoys a contemporary design and its amenities ensure that the tenants get a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Having both an indoor and outdoor pool ensures that tenants can enjoy themselves both in Summer and in Winter in great style. Outside: The outdoor area includes a 7 meters south facing cascade swimming pool with outdoor wooden decking area and modern outdoor rattan furniture. It also features an outdoor sound system which can be controlled by an I-pad/smart phone to enhance your experience in this luxury villa. BBQ, shower/WC facilities are also available in the outdoor area. The garden also includes a large area with artificial turf which makes it ideal for relaxation. The indoor pool area flooring is finished in wooden decking to ensure maximum comfort. Utility Room: Property has a utility room with a washing machine and cleaning facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Clean Egyptian cotton towels are provided upon arrival. All mattresses in bedrooms are covered with anti dust-mites covers (including pillows) for hygiene purposes. Beds are also equipped with high quality linen. The house is cleaned prior to arrival. Other: Entire villa rental. The property has a dining room which is inter-connected with the kitchen and a separate formal dining area with a very modern set-up accessible through a modern light-weight stair-case. The house includes also a four car garage.

  • The Villa has 5.5 bathrooms. Four of the bathrooms have walk-in showers, one has a bath and the other is a guest toilet at ground floor level. The villa has two bedrooms with en-suite facilities. Both the indoor pool and the outdoor pool areas have a shower room. Bathrooms are heated and are connected to the multi room audio system.

  • Sleeps 8 in 4 double beds. All four bedrooms have a double bed in each are fully air-conditioned and are connected to a multi room modern sound system. Bedrooms also have reading lights and all have an orthopeadic mattresses. All rooms are fitted with black-outs to ensure maximum comfort. Two bedrooms include en-suite facilities. The main bedroom has a TV and has a private terrace with nice views. One of the bedrooms is located on the third floor and is very private with a large private sunny terrace and a really nice view.

Real luxury escape, highly recommended

A high standard villa with very friendly hosts. We were a group of nine people and we found the logging very comfortable for all. Even our mini bus fitted into the garage nicely. We liked to make food for all at least once per day and there was all the equipment needed and plenty of room to dine indoors or outdoors. Also the outdoor pool and terrace was just suburb. We really didn't need the indoor pool but the kids tested that it was also worth of money👍

The villa had all kind of technical gadgets and comfortable thing that you can wish. We weren't missing really anything.

The village and especially neighborhood of the villa is for the rich people and though really nice. There is a lot of climbing if you are walking but the view from the villa and surroundings is really nice.

We've just returned from a fabulous 10 days at Villa Vida. The villa photos do not do it any justice. It is a luxurious villa but what you can't see from the photos is the sheer space in all the rooms - it's massive! Franco and his family are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble and he keeps in regular contact, should you need him. I can't fault the property - although I would make just one suggestion (which in no way is a criticism) the top floor fourth bedroom has a huge terrace on the front on the property that gets the sun once it leaves the garden areas into the late evening from 5pm onwards. What would be lovely, just a small set of table and chairs so the late evening sunshine can be enjoyed quite a bit lot longer!! But that's just my opinion being a Brit sun worshipper :-)

The villa is also located very close to a pharmacy, bakery, ATM, cafeterias, petrol station and restaurants which can all be found at the square. The nearest Casino is located at just 6 KMS away.
