A tastefully furnished, south west facing, two bedroom, two bathroom apartment on the second floor of the Verdemar Apartment building.

The Verdemar apartments are located on the east side of Nerja at the end of Calle Carabeo in what is considered one of the best locations in town.

The apartment benefits from air conditioning throughout the apartment, high speed internet and a large flat screen TV with an abundance of channels. For your further enjoyment a sonos music streaming system is also installed. Private parking is available and spaces are based on a first come, first served basis. The large community pool set in well maintained gardens and is open from Spring until November.

This fantastic and beautifully furnished apartment is bright and spacious making it a great choice for both couples and families. The accommodation comprises of two bedrooms each with its own bathroom (one en suite). The bedrooms are located at either end of the apartment separated by the large living area. The master bedroom has direct access to the main balcony and al fresco dining area. There is a second smaller balcony off the lounge which is perfect for enjoying a glass of wine or reading a good book!

The large spacious lounge/ dining area is beautifully furnished to a high standard. The newly refurbished kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dish washer. The Verdemar apartments are ideally located close to many of Nerja's beaches with the closest being Playa Carabeillo.

The famous Balcon de Europa and the beautiful San Salvador church are only a few minutes stroll away, as well as all the delights Nerja has to offer!

This is the perfect location to enjoy the best of Nerja...

A very well equipped and located apartment - will return.

We are a family of 4; 2 adults and 2 teenage boys and the apartment, with its 2 bedrooms and bathrooms, was perfect. All very clean and well-equipped with everything you could need - even down to chairs/umbrella for the beach. The air-conditioning was a godsend and ensured a good night sleep - plus all windows have blackout blinds, which also aided good sleep.

All the equipment was clearly labelled in terms of how to use it - the sonos speaker system was a real hit with the boys plus excellent wifi. Also, the washing machine was great to rinse through beach towels at the end of the day.

The 'welcome pack' of bread, butter, water and juice (and wine) was a lovely gesture - and just what was needed when we arrived. We called upon Wilma once during the stay to ask for more pillows as we only had 1 flat one each - this was sorted immediately - thank you. Also the correspondence with Wilma before we arrived was excellent, including booking our return taxi journey from the airport.

My only point of feedback - and it is a small one - is that the double bedroom does not have a mirror - a full length one would be ideal - and we could not find the main light switch for this bedroom either. Otherwise, it was a perfect apartment that I would fully recommend and will visit again.

Superb Apartment & Location. Excellent Holiday.

Having never been to Nerja before, we initially chose this apartment for it's central location and facilities and we were certainly not disappointed.

The communications before hand with Wilma were excellent and the help to organise airport transfers made our arrival and trip to the apartment easy and hastle free.

The apartment itself is superb. With both air-conditioning & free wifi, it made things a lot easier, having 2 teenage girls with us!

The apartment could not be in a more central location, being just a 10-15 minute walk one way to the lovely Burriana Beach and all of the bars, restaurants and shops and again, a 10-15 minutes walk in the other direction to the Balcon de Europa and all its bars, shops, restaurants and scenery.

As if that wasn't enough, there is a small beach directly opposite the apartment and the excellent communal pool, which can be seen from one of the 2 balconies the apartment has. Ideal if you have children who like to stay around the pool while you can sit on the balcony, having lunch and keeping an eye on them. The apartment is in an extremely safe complex, which requires a key to enter. The key is also required to get through to the communal pool area. Not only that, access to the apartment is through a further lockable gate and then a double lock on the apartment front door. All very safe and secure.

We certainly intend to return to Nerja and will be returning to this apartment. We loved the whole 2 weeks and would have stayed much longer had it not been for having to return for work...

Highly recommended..!!

Beautiful apartment in a perfect location.

We are just back from a brilliant weeks stay at no.18, Verdemar. The apartment is one of the best we have stayed in. Free wifi, and air con along with a huge flatscreen tv with an abundance of English channels to choose from inc sports. The apartment is spotless and in a perfect spot for the balcon and beach. We could not recommend the Verdemar highly enough to anyone visiting Nerja.
