Stunning apartments set over looking la Serena golf course with magnificent view

Our 2 bedroom apartments is set over looking the golf course of la Serena, this is only 1 of a very few apartments on this complex to be rented out.

It has 2 bedrooms main is a double bedroom with on suite bath and luxury body shower and a double wash basin and WC.

2nd has. 2 twin beds with adjoining shower, wash basin and WC. We now have a travel cot but please bring your own bed linen for this.

The kitchen is fully fitted with top of the range appliances, large fridge freezer, washer dryer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave.

The lounge has a three piece suite dining table and chairs. English and Soanish TV and leads out onto the patio area with table and chairs.

We also offer beech towels, bbq, also 4 sun loungers which can be taken to the pool or beech.

The apartment is fitted with smoke detectors and carbon monoxide alarms.

Now with WIFI. Can also connect while around the poo.

No extra charges for end of stay cleaning.

Travel cot is also provide but please bring your own bed linen for this.

Why Simon/Nikki chose Cartagena & Mar Menor

Having previously owned a property on the Mar menor golf resort a few years back we know this area very well.

From that experience when letting that property we felt that people wanted to be closer to the beech and resort centre itself.

The apartments only came on sale at the beginning of 2015 after being in bank repossession for a number of years, knowing the area as we do, we decided to invest and buy our apartments.

The close proximity to the local town, beeches and benefits of being besides the golf course and 4* hotel of la senator makes this the ideal base for your holiday

Beautiful flat with two separate bathrooms. Owner helpful

Nice view onto La Serena golf and communal pool. 15 minutes walk to beautiful empty coastline for fishing. Incredible bird life in the area, definitely bring binoculars. Car advisable as it is about 20 minutes walk from town through deserted ghost town area. Negative points - one can hear traffic noise from the motorway.

Nice appartment

First things first, Simon is great to deal with. Communicates well and any issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.

We arrived to Simons appartment on a Sunday, a little confused when we arrived as the place wasn't clean and the beds were not made however as above this was resolved in the same day as myself and my family were out and about.

The appartment is great and caters for everything you could need even with a family. The pool area was great but people are very protective of their loungers around the pool, this wasn't a problem but it would have just been good to know as Simon and Nikki have loungers in their garage.

The locations for us wasn't too ideal, it's a long way from the centre and virtually impossible to walk with two small children. Taxis became our way to get around but at around 15-20 euros per day can prove quite expensive. There isn't a great deal to do at the location of the appartment, a hotel with a bar and a small bar a short walk away.

The appartment block is very quiet and sometimes we felt like we were the only people there. With many empty appartment blocks on the same road the place has a bit of an eery feel to it. The road in which the block of appartments sits on again is very lonely and I wouldn't have ventured out alone at night. We didn't see anything suspicious but not knowing the area too well you just never know.

The complex is gated so you have the comfort of two locked gates before you get into the actual appartments which offered reassurance around safety. Overall our stay was nice and relaxing, the outlook of the golf course is beautiful, the appartment is well presented and well catered. I think for us as a family (and not hiring a car) it's just a bit too far away from where we wanted to be however we managed through and it didn't spoil anything. Thank you to Simon and Nikki for the use of the apartment.

Great Apartment

This is a beautiful property with absolutely everything you could need in it, with plenty of room to move about. The WiFi is a God send! Simon & Nikki are a delight to deal with - so helpful and accommodating. Everybody in the other apartments were real friendly too. A winner!

Great apartment

We have just returned from our short holiday in Simon and Nikki's apartment which we really enjoyed. The apartment was lovely, very clean and had absolutely everything we needed. We had really great time there. We would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone for long or short stay. Hope to be back in the future with more of our family.

Lovely Apartment

We stayed here for a short break for 5 days just two adults, the apartment does cater for 4 people although the actual sitting for four would be a little tight unless you wanted to sit at the dining table chairs which is fine if you are eating but not for slouching ! We used the apartment as a base so while we didn't cater here there is plenty of untensils to enable you to do so.

The fixtures are of very high quality and the shower was exceptional !

We had great nights sleep and found the bed very comfortable and there was no noise during the night, the pool area is lovely although it was very quiet when we were there.

The View to the golf course and the sea is lovely, Overall fantastic value for money.

Our apartments is located in a perfect position for beech, resurants, bars all within walking distance but a car is recommended for you to get the most from the region. Nice places to visit, Cartagena, capital Murcia, local town of Los alcazares with its 4 mile long sea front and sandy beeches, various daily markets around the area. Plus much more.

If you interested in a round of golf while your on holiday, la Serena have 2 sets of clubs to hire at 15€ each but book early to secure them.
