Our luxurious 2 bed apartment is situated in the beautifull urbanizition of casares del Sol.

Fully Compliant with the new required Andalucian rental licence law ( Required since May 2016 by Spanish law )

Fully equipped kitchen with oven and hob fridge freezer washing machine dish washer microwave oven toaster kettle.

Ironing board , iron ,43 inch TV ,BBQ and free wifi (not suitable for streaming). Fully air conditioned .

The 300 sq meter swimming pool and separate gated children's pool area has a permanent lifeguard on duty whilst the pools are open (opening times vary Depending on time of year) .opens May trough to mid October but the small pool is open all year round

we have a designated underground parking space and a storage room to keep golf clubs in. The apartment is situated next door to the world class Golf course of Finca Cortesin and opposite Casares Golf close to shops, restaurants, banks, bus stops and a taxi rank. The wonderfull beach at Casares is only 2 minute drive away or for the more energetic a 10 - 15 minute walk away. Our Apartment is perfect for Golfers, Sun Lovers or those in need of fun & relaxation in the coastal part of the Costa Del Sol. On the spacious 80 sq mtr roof terrace you can enjoy al fresco dining, sun bathing or just sit & relax watching the sun go down. there is also a smaller terrace off from the living room where you can enjoy morning coffees or evening drinks

The historical village of Casares is a 10 -15 drive up into the mountains with superb views along the way. There are places to stop en route to take in the breath taking sights. Also there are plenty nature trails/walks ideal for the more energetic

The small town of Sabinillas is less than 5 minutes by car here you can find plenty of good restaurants , shops and supermarkets

Estepona is a short 10 minute drive east

While the centre of Marbella is a 20 minutes drive away & Puerto Banus 15 minutes drive away also easterly

The beautifull port of La Dequesa is only a five minute drive west, and the outstanding Puerto Sotogrande is only a 15 drive west

Gibraltar is a 25 minute drive

Malaga Airport 1 Hour

Gibraltar Airport 25 minutes

Car hire is recommended . There is a taxi rank close by and a bus service should you not wish to hire a car.

Airport transfers are available at cost from both Gibralta and Malaga

Lovely place to stay

This was our second visit, and it won't be our last. We love the apartment, really nicely appointed, and has a fantastic roof terrace, with a great BBQ, and lots of nice seating areas. The pool and the surrounding gardens are lovely and really well maintained. It is like home from home. Shops,supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are short drive away. And if you fancy going a little further Estapona, has a bigger shopping area, and a nice beachfront, and a good market on Saturday in the port. I would definitely recommend the apartment as a lovely and great place to stay

excellent apartment

Peace and tranquility in the sun!

We have just spent a week at Gary and Dawn's apartment, truly a home from home. The apartment is equipped with high quality and comfortable furniture in all rooms and also in both outside spaces. The kitchen has great cooking facilities and is well stocked with condiments and larder basics. The air con was superb and you had the option of using ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The living room area was comfortable with up to date modern technology, including a great TV and hi speed Wifi. You are spoilt for choice with the outside space. The smaller terrace is perfect for breakfast or evening drinks and the large roof terrace has a real wow factor aswell as being private and quiet. The underground car parking is easy and there is a convenient store room for you to use. The pool area Is spacious and not overcrowded. Booking with Gary and Dawn was faultless and easy and an extra thanks for the superb and extensive welcome pack, a great extra touch.

Great holiday- lovely home from home apartment

We would like to say a big thank you to Gary and Dawn! Ourselves and our two children had a lovely time in the apartment.

Upon arrival, we received a lovely welcome pack containing all the essentials you need for day one of your holiday including bread, milk and lager! Gary was very helpful with any queries we had and always quick to respond.

The apartment itself is really spacious. The roof terrace is amazing. So lovely to sit and eat breakfast up there in the mornings before it gets too hot. The beds were also really comfy (this is not always the case when you go on holiday).

The pool area and the grounds are really well-maintained and safe for young children. Despite it being the school holidays, there was no rush for sunbeds and we just loved the chilled atmosphere of the pool area.

The apartment is centrally located for exploring the Costa Del Sol and the Andalusian countryside. I do recommend you hire a car to really make the most of the local area. We visited the village of Casares which is lovely and the locals are really friendly and proud of their village. We also travelled further afield to Ronda which is worth a trip.There are several excellent supermarkets locally with good choice and great value options if you dine in. The fish counter at Mercadona is great and so inexpensive- we enjoyed a lovely BBQ on the roof terrace.

All in all we had a fantastic holiday. 7 days was not enough- we have already planned to return for longer next summer.

Stunning apartment & great service!

Couldn't have asked for better. Both communication with the owners and their beautiful apartment. Everything catered for...a welcome pack on arrival was a lovely touch. Very clean and spacious and beautifully furnished throughout. The rooftop terrace is a hidden gem....with masses of seating and bbq. The apartment complex is secure...clean and very well maintained. Two pools...both securely fenced with a lifeguard on duty. I highly recommend and will definitely be booking again soon.
