We keep your hot tub at a constant 103 degrees which is the optimal temperature for maximum relaxation, and combined with the most amazing views in Venice Beach you'll create perfect serenity and have deep healing sleep.

One of the few Venice Beach Houses right ON the sand, Casa Karmina is the perfect spot for your Venice Beach or Los Angeles escape! Maximize your enjoyment and stay right on the sand. Watch the ocean, surfers and sailboats from so many places in the house. Dine on your covered balcony/lanai or on the lower patio, right next to the sand.

Additional Information : There are numerous fun and easy activities just outside your garden gate. Take the short distance to exciting central Venice, Muscle Beach, street vendors, artisans and performers, or take the short ride to Santa Monica Pier and its ferris wheel/arcades. And be sure to enjoy historic Venice Pier: make it your morning or evening fun and even teach your kids to fish just a short block from the house. You can also enjoy the Historic Venice Walk Streets and the Venice Canals (Venice was originally modeled after Venice, Italy) or move along the beach to the colorful 'Venice wall’ and the skate park or south to the Marina jetty and watch the boats come and go. And finally, enjoy the fine dining at the Pier House or Mercedes, your choice of three nearby Mexican restaurants, or simply Starbucks or the local coffee house/deli, 'The Cow's End', all just literally around the corner.

Amenities : Come in from the beach and use our hot/cold outdoor shower. We have lots of beach toys, 4 bikes, skim boards, a few boogie boards, surf boards, and rollerblades. In the winter months ride our sled/saucers down the nearby sand dunes (a favorite for the kids!). You may even want to spend a night out on the covered lanai (so you can tell everyone you slept on the beach, under the stars)--there are NO mosquitoes here! All linens, as well as beach towels and blankets are provided.

Venice Beach trip

Everything was just as advertised! Noel and Robin are awesome to work with and super responsive. The property is in a perfect location and was clean and wonderful!! The beach is amazing. We took a bike ride to Santa Monica and it was an easy drive to Universal Studios, Hollywood, the Observatory and the Hollywood sign. Everything you need is here. Lots of towels, bikes and bike rentals if you need more. Grocery stores are close and restaurants are awesome and plentiful. I have told others about it already and we hope to be back someday!

Great find in Venice!

We had a great time on the beach, the house was very convenient to everything we needed. Walked to Starbucks and many restaurants. Walk and bike pathway to Santa Monica pier and shopping. House was very clean and safe. Garbage bags, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, beach towels, bikes, frisbee, volleyball, football, beach towels, all provided. Noel did everything he could to help make our stay possible and was accessible whenever we needed him. My kids loved the beach exercise areas at Muscle beach and Santa Monica beach. We had a great time. Took our coffee on the deck off family room every day watching the waves, cooked on the grill, and just loved our time together. We had a family of 6 and loved the charming cottage feel. Great place to stay. Noel gave us plenty of keys so different people could go different ways. Wifi and TV reception were great.

Awesome Venice Beach!

Stayed here over Christmas with three adults and three kids/teens (11, 13 and 14). - and a small dog.Terrific family property right on the beach - perfect location to enjoy the unique atmosphere of Venice Beach, and dog-friendly too! Great rental experience...would stay again.

Your host is a former banking/finance executive who now runs KKR Productions and manages the pop duo Karmina. She is dedicated to assuring you have a great time!

Why they chose this property

I bought this property because the location is absolutely ideal. It is at the end of a block, which means more space in between the property and the next building, a beautiful side garden, and great views to the north! Also, the view line is directly towards the ocean, with the Venice Pier just to the left, which is lit up at night and beautiful day or night! There is also a stunning view to the left, of the Marina Jetty and the boats coming and going, and to the right, Santa Monica Bay, Santa Monica Pier, and the Malibu coastline and mountains behind. The property is also close to 'Washington Square,' with its many restaurants and shops. The area has a great, positive energy.
