Casa Julia is set in the most wonderful mature garden in the Can Furnet community just outside Ibiza town. Can Furnet not only has 24 hour manned security at the entrance but also has its own tennis courts and restaurant.
The house is approximately 240sqm with 3 double bedrooms and a small nursery (accessed from the master bedroom). The master bedroom has a super king sized bed, en-suite bathroom, TV, plenty of storage space and access to the covered veranda at the rear of the house. Off the master suite is the small nursery with a cot suitable for a baby or small child. The sliding glass door access to the veranda means you can lie in bed and look out on to the gardens beyond.
The second bedroom has a large double bed as well as also having an ensuite bathroom, access to the veranda and gardens and plenty of storage in the fitted wardrobes. The third bedroom has a double bed and again, plenty of storage space. As previously mentioned there is a fourth room that has additional wardrobe space as well as a babies cot suitable for a small baby. All bed linen is provided.
The lounge, with open plan kitchen, has large floor to ceiling windows that allow fabulous views of the garden outside. the lounge itself has a feature fireplace and plenty of comfortable seating. For your entertainment there is a HD TV, DVD player, satellite channels, and a Bose stereo sound system. There is also super fast fibre optic internet.
The kitchen has a breakfast bar as well as all necessary amenities such as oven, grill, hob, extractor, fridge, freezer, microwave, diswasher, Espresso machine and toaster as well as a variety of cooking utensils.
Outside on the ivy covered veranda there is dining for six (with additional baby chair if required) and a comfortable 'chill out' seating looking out over the garden. there is also a third TV.
The garden has a peaceful, calming and tranquil feeling. It is well established with many wonderful mature plants and includes a lovely shaded woodland area. There is also a semi-shaded grass lawn that is ideal for lazing in the sun. the pool has an adjacent patio area with sun-loungers as well as having optional secure fencing that can be erected if there are small children in the party.
Of the three bathrooms the two that are en-suite have shower cubicles whilst the third has a bath. A selection of towels is provided. The lounge and bedrooms all have air-conditioning and there is a safe if required This house is ideal for families
