About this property

Stone house of around 70 m2 located in the heart of the village of Trouhaut, 30km north-west of Dijon. For 4 or 6 people, the cottage is best equipped for your comfort: kitchen with dishwasher, oven, etc., bathroom with washing machine and dryer, living room with fireplace and firewood provided, one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds: sheets are provided and beds are made upon arrival.
Small private garden of 20m2 with balcony overlooking the start of the Auxois Valley, barbecue and sun loungers available.

Lovely gite in great location

We stayed in Laurent’s gite for 5 nights. It was perfect for our family of 4. The gite is lovely and Trouhaut is a beautiful, small and peaceful village. It was a great base to explore Dijon, Beaune and everywhere in between. Laurent is also a great host. We were a few hours delayed arriving at the gite, but Laurent was there when we arrived to show us the accommodation and answer any questions. He was also contactable throughout our stay. I’d highly recommend for a relaxed and peaceful vacation.

I spent a rich and enjoyable time there. The "Gite" is surrounded by beautiful scenery. The fireplace gave me a great experience and mindfulness. I was so happy with it that even a cold morning was very welcome. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry machine is easy to operate.

A lovely spot

Compact, but more than big enough for the two of us. Our host Laurent was very helpful and welcoming and we enjoyed his mother's meringues . We were blessed with 6 days of sun and enjoyed relaxing on the balcony admiring the views after days out. Alesia, Fontenay, Beaune and Dijon are all easily reached from Trouhaut.

Beautiful nature

We stopped over a night on the way to the south of France. This is a pretty cottage, nicely decorated with all necessary appliances in the kitchen, all is perfectly clean.
