A beautiful luxury apartment with 3 bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, located minutes from the bars, restaurants and lifts of Morzine. We live in London with our 4 children, who with the exception of the youngest, have all learnt to ski on the slopes of Morzine. The youngest will be starting at club piou piou next year!!

Why simon parkins chose Morzine

We bought this property in 2011, when it was newly built. We had been looking for a long time for the perfect place, in the right location and we knew immediately that this was the one! Morzine is just over an hour from Geneva airport so transfers are quick and convenient whilst the resort has a terrific snow record typically running from mid December to mid April. We wanted something of high quality, in a good location and this apartment is perfect, being a short walk to the bars, restaurants and lifts of Morzine and on the bus route to the prodain lift should the skiing of Avoriaz and the huge Portes Du Soleil ski region tempt you.

Brilliant apartment in a great location

We were 6 adults (3 couples) staying in this apartment. It is in a fantastic location, only 5 minutes walk to the Main ski lift for Mozine. The apartment is very spacious, well kept and clean. Everything we could ask for!

Great location

We stayed in this apartment for a week and found it to be in a fantastic location with great views of the mountains. The apartment was very comfortable with excellent facilities for self catering and a large spacious living and eating area. We are considering coming back here next year. The apartment is just a five minute walk from the town and a well stocked supermarket. An efficient Navette service operates from approximately 70m away with buses running every 15 mins or so. The skiing is good with slopes to appeal to competent skiiers in particular although there may be more for beginners in nearby Avoriaz. Definitely a resort and accommodation to return to!

A great apartment for the family.

Aside from the initial hiccup(my fault), we found the apartment lovely to stay in. All the information needed was in the handbook or in the drawer by the cooker for equipment. We loved the views from the windows. Disappointing none of us could reach to open the shutters on the window in the kitchen area which would have given extra light in the morning when preparing breakfast. Nearly everything that was needed was there. 2 fridges and freezer space, washing machine and tumble dryer!! A set of smaller tumblers for drinks/aperitifs would have been nice - prevents too much intoxication!

Wifi, TV, i-pod docking station, etc worked really well. Sitting/dining room was nicely set out with plenty of room for everyone.

Bedrooms were not huge, but with good wardrobe space and shelves. Very comfortable. Shower rooms and bathrooms were of a very good standard. One quibble, we ladies would have liked a small waste bin in these. Having to transfer rubbish to the main bin in the kitchen all the time was not always convenient.

For me, to have a full length mirror (in the hall, perhaps) was something I would have appreciated. I don't just look at my face before I go out! I am sure other ladies will understand what I mean!

The 10 min. walk to the ski rental shop none of us found arduous, but there is also a bus. (It was our warming-up exercises.) Being able to leave skis and boots at the shop was a +++. The ski bus for Avoriaz was just a few minutes away. Beware the bus can be very busy first thing in the morning. Skiing in Avoriaz and Morzine is good with well maintained slopes.

Morzine, itself, is a lovely, proper town with a good supermarket and loads of other shops.

We thoroughly enjoyed using this well equipped, delightful apartment which helped to make our stay memorable. Thank you.

Beautiful apartment in great location

We spent to week in this great apartment. The apartment is well furnished, spacious and has great views of the mountains. It has three good sized bedrooms with bathrooms. On arrival we met with the resort team and they showed us to the apartment and handed over keys. The manual to the apartment was very helpful and clearly explained how everything worked.

We found it easy to walk to the supermarket and bars in morzine, about 5 min walk. I would definitely stay again.

Spacious apartment in great location.

We stayed at this apartment for a week July 2016 ( family of 4) . The apartment is in a lovely, quiet location but within a short walk to Morzine centre.

The apartment has a spacious modern living area with a well equipt kitchen. Whilst we stayed in the summer we are a skiing family and are often disappointed by the space and storage in the bedrooms, this was not the case here! Lots of room to move around and plenty of storage.

On arrival the apartment was clean and a lovely welcome pack was waiting for us.

The owners communication in the booking/arrival process was fantastic and most appreciated. All our queries were answered promptly and liaison with the in-resort company was great, especially as we were arriving on the day the Tour de France was in Morzine!

We would definitely recommend this apartments to others for the location, high quality of the apartment and the ease of the booking process.

Superb modern apartment close to town

We had a few days skiing, based in Morzine staying at Hameau Des Fes. The apartment, location and the set up was superb.... 3 mins walk to the centre of town, secure garage facility, ski storage. Apartment was spotless with 3 double rooms each with bathroom, modern kitchen equipped with everything you will need. I wouldn't hesitate to book again.
