Holiday

Fantastic property - stylish but homely. Nothing in walking distance so a car is recommended but Uber’s are easy to get for nights out in Nice.

Great House in Nice

This house is a great place to stay in Nice. The house itself is perfect and has everything you need and more. It is was really well presented and very clean. We met Luca on arrival and he showed us round and was really friendly. It was also really easy to get to Nice by using Uber. The outside spaces are great too. There are many different terraces to choose from and the views are amazing. We would definitely recommend this house and would stay again.

Fabulous break

Our 4th time in Nice. Loved staying in the villa. The situation is great, sun on the pool deck from early morning to early evening, then the setting sun on the deck where the outdoor dining table is. Well equipped and very comfortable, and Emilye and Lucas were very accomodating owners. There is a studio room downstairs which would enable a larger party to be accommodated, availabe at an additional cost ( but looked great) It is a wee bit more out of the way up in the hills . You may want to hire a car. We didn’t and managed fine. You can walk up and down through the park ( circa 40 mins to Nice centre train station). There is an hourly bus taking you down into town ( no 75). And we regularly used Uber, which was very easy to use from that location. We found it to be a super base for our 10 day break.
