The apartment is located just 6 minutes walk from Playa Burriana, the beautiful and most popular beach in Nerja and only 15 minutes walk to the restaurants in Nerja city center. The large supermarket, Mercadona is located approximately 800 meters away. It is easy to find parking space on the quite dead end street in front of the apartment.
The apartment has all the facilities you need: WIFI, AC in all rooms, TV with Spanish and international channels, dishwasher, wash machine, safety box, coffee machine (filter coffee), table and chairs outdoor for 10 persons. It has a great storage-room for suitcases, beach and sport equipment.
The apartment with own entrance door consists of 3 bedrooms whereof 1 is separate with en-suite bathroom from the others and the other 2 bedrooms are located close to each other but with separate bathroom (1 is en-suite) to each bedroom which makes this to a perfect apartment for 2-3 couples, large family or family with a nanny/au-pair. The terrace is very large, approx 60 square meters (660 square feets). Here you can enjoy the sun from mid morning and choose between sun or shadow (thanks to a great large awning) until sunset. The views towards sea, Nerja town and mountains are fantastic!
You can enjoy the terrace all day and e.g. use it for your morning gymnastics, breakfast, sun-bathing, lunch in the shadow under the blinder, sunset drink and BBQ dinner. This is a perfect spot both if if you want your own privacy or socialize with family or friends. The terrace is located towards west and south and there is only 1 neighbor (separated by a wall at the terrace) beside this apartment.
There is a nice community pool which is long enough (approx 10 meters) for swimming. The kitchen is large and there is plenty of space in the lounge.
This is a perfect apartment, with townhouse feeling, for you who want a spacious comfortable vacation home, with a magnificent terrace, where you both can socialize and get privacy, and a perfect location from where you can walk comfortably to both beach and town!

Lovely apartment with a modern kitchen, 3 spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, large terrace area and access to a shared swimming pool. Great location in walking distance of Burriana beach, restaurants and bars. Also very helpful and reactive host. I would highly recommend this property and look forward to returning in the future.

Great location - great flat
Lovely apartment and excellent communication from the host. In a quiet part of the town with nice views - the pool is very close and the terrace is great. The layout of the flat is great in that it splits the flat almost into two - great if you have two groups, or a teenager. The walk up from the beach or from town is quite steep but good exercise and not a problem if you are able. Parking no problem.

Great apartment
The apartment was clean, spacious very well equipped with everything you would need to stay there. Location is good although you would need a car to get around. The terrace was a good size and the views were amazing. Thank you we had an amazing time.

Great location and fabulous outside space. So well equipped, both for cooking and for the all the chairs and parasols etc you need for a beach holiday. Friendly owner, very quiet neighbourhood.

I am a Swedish citizen, but I live in Spain with my wife and one of our sons.
I have been in Nerja on vacations during 35 years. We have mostly stayed in my parents apartment until we bought this apartment in end of October 2015.
I like to be outdoor and come to Nerja with my family as often as possible. I know Nerja and the surroundings pretty well and I would be delighted to share things to do and places to see, where to eat and drink etc.
I let the apartment together with my wife Lotta. We do also have 2 other properties (1 townhouse with its own private pool for 8 persons and 1 beautiful luxury villa with roof terrace and panoramic views for 10 persons) at the same street, Calle Lucena in Nerja.

For me and Lotta it is very important to have very satisfied tenants, who will come back as tenants also during the next years. This has so far resulted in 38 excellent reviews at another well known web site.

Why they chose this property

I have been on vacation in this area, lower part of Calle Lucena, for more than 25 years. I have during a long time admired the perfect location of the apartments on the east side of Calle Lucena due to the perfect location, with great view and with its high and sunny location where you can see the sun sets behind the mountains.
The location is also perfect when you want to walk down to the beach (6 minutes) or if you want to walk into the genuine town center (15 minutes).
The best thing with the apartment is the huge terrace (approx 60 square meters) with a fantastic view towards sea, town and mountains. The bedrooms are spacious with large wardrobes. It gives a luxury feeling to have 1 separate bathroom to each bedroom. Both salon and kitchen are large. The apartment is very bright. WIFI, TV, air condition in all rooms and safety box, wash machine and dishwasher makes this apartment to very comfortable holiday home.
