The presqu’île (literally “almost island”), or peninsula, of Saint Tropez offers a unique combination of narrow winding streets, fashionable restaurants, incredible beaches and (of course) the chance to see and be seen amongst the jet set!

This Villa is a veritable haven of peace located within the exclusive private estate of “La Belle Isnarde”.

Within five minutes drive of the fashionable “Tahiti” beaches, and only a short walk from “Place des Lices” (the iconic main square of Saint Tropez), this single-level luxury villa provides spacious living accommodation of 400 m2 (4,000 sq ft) for up to ten guests - including five individual bedroom suites - and offers dazzling wrap-around views over the village of Saint Tropez and the beautiful “Golfe de Saint Tropez” beyond.

Surrounded by elegant yet natural grounds of 4,000 m2 (40,000 sq ft), this property is exceptionally welcoming and suitable for any combination of children, adults, couples or friends who wish to holiday together whilst retaining the option of individual privacy.

The grounds have been thoughtfully planted with trees and shrubs which represent the unique beauty of the surrounding countryside: cork oaks, pines, olive trees, palms, lavender, etc.

Immediately apparent upon entering the villa, through its elegant Atrium with fountain, is the imaginative combination of classical décor, quality materials and contemporary facilities. The main living accommodation is open-plan; the large Lounge (100m2; 1,000 sq ft), Dining Room, Kitchen and exterior Terraces connecting together in a harmonious flow: ideal for entertaining.

The centrally-located Lounge is furnished with large comfortable sofas and opens onto interior and exterior covered dining areas. Entertainment is provided by a satellite TV system, Hi-Fi, iPad with Apple TV and iPod dock.

A passageway leads from the Lounge alongside the Gardens to a combination of three air-conditioned bedrooms (two double and one twin); with spacious en-suite bathrooms offering bath, shower, double sink and WC. Each of these individual bedroom suites benefits from TV, DVD players, iPad, Apple TV and views of sea, garden, swimming pool or a combination. There is a further room with shower for staff.

To the other side of the covered dining patio are the two further bedrooms (also air-conditioned), each with en-suite shower rooms (shower, sink, WC) and opening onto a terrace.

The fully-equipped Kitchen, with its own dining table, has doors opening onto a superb Jasmine-covered pergola providing wonderful scents of summer.

Terraces and Gardens surround the property and breathtaking views of the Mediterranean and Saint Tropez are guaranteed through the imaginative use of full-length sliding doors which disappear into the walls. Indeed, the spacious interior of the villa blends seamlessly with the exterior patios and lawns to provide a virtual pavilion-style living space.

Perfectly located to benefit from the views of the Mediterranean is the Infinity Swimming Pool (15m x 5m: 150 ft x 50 ft) with its surrounding Stone Terrace and fully-equipped Pool House / Summer Kitchen.

The Swimming Pool is completely enclosed for the safety of young children and is optionally heated depending on the season.

The Swimming Pool and its Terrace, complete with sun beds, benefit from spectacular views of the village and bay.

Many more areas for dining or relaxing are distributed throughout the gardens of this magnificent property with various patios equipped with tables, chairs and parasols.
