‘Completely refurbished in 2015, SeaSure is the ideal place to take advantage of the beautiful Sussex coastline. Situated just a stone’s throw away from the sea front promenade where you can witness the stunning sunrises over Hastings and the glorious sunsets over Eastbourne’

This self-catering holiday home offers two spacious double bedrooms, with the option of a twin or double configuration in the second bedroom, depending on your needs. (please specify upon booking, if a double room is required)

Bedlinen and Towels are provided and can be changed if required mid-week for those guests enjoying a 7 night or more stay

The luxurious fitted shower/wet room, offers a large walk in shower fitted with a raindance shower head, wc, large heated towel rail and a generous basin unit with plenty of storage.

The kitchen is well equipped giving a really modern feel, with a high spec' oven, gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee machine and plenty of cutlery and cookware for those who prefer to eat in.

The spacious lounge offers plenty of seating, a dining table with four chairs, an electric stove-style fire, TV with freeview and Netflix , DVD /Blueray player and selection of dvds available, as well as books and games

Well-behaved smaller dogs are welcome at a small surcharge – we can supply a dog bed, bowls, mess bags and dog towels for wet paws.

There is plenty of on road parking as well as space round the back of the property for easy loading and unloading.

The private garden to the front offers outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the sunset, as well as a gas BBQ for outdoor dining should you wish.

Upon booking please request your personal requirements, should you have any, and I can ensure you have the best time possible during your stay with us.

This property is owned my myself, my husband Marc and my daughter Natalie, and as a family we have spent a good proportion of 2015 refurbishing and bringing it back to life.

Although we have only lived in Bexhill for a relatively short period of time, it has become a place very close to our hearts, and a place we can call home.

We hope you can enjoy Bexhill, and even more so enjoy staying at Seasure just as much as we do.......our little seaside retreat.

Excellent property, great location!

Beautiful apartment just across the road from the beach and sea. The apartment itself is of a very high standard and well equipped; the best we have been in. Location is great for a relaxing break; wonderful promenade to walk/run/cycle along and with the sea on the doorstep. We also enjoyed the tennis courts and park behind the property. Only spent a few days here, and the weather was a bit hit-and-miss but can highly recommend it.

The kids loved feeding Ying and Yang each morning!

Five star holiday flat

Lovely flat, very comfortable with lots of extra touches such as welcome hamper, flowers, books and games. The location was perfect and access to front and back patio gardens would have been lovely had it not been for the building work going on in the flat above. We were informed a few weeks before our stay that there may be some disruption and sadly the noise and dust that was necessary for such renovations meant we did need to go out more that perhaps we may have done. We would definitely visit again but I do think in view of the building work a price reduction should have been offered. This is not a complaint about the builders who were polite and courteous.

As a mature seaside town, Bexhill has much to offer its visitors, from the beautiful Victorian and Edwardian architecture, to its wide level promenade, and award winning clean beach Bexhill has something for everyone.

It is worth noting that in 2007 Bexhill was not only voted the 3rd best national seaside town to live in, but in 2009 a survey study revealed that households in Bexhill enjoy, on average an extra 4 hours of sunshine per week than other seaside towns!

Steeped in history, Bexhill hosted the first British motor race meeting in 1902 which is celebrated each year with the Festival of Motoring, as well as the Bexhill Motofest celebrating the birthplace of British Motorcycle Racing.

Boasting many great restaurants, as well as ‘continental style’ cafes along the seafront, a swimming pool, tennis courts, indoor and outdoors bowls, 2 golf courses, and plenty of woodland, seaside and country walks, Bexhill is in the perfect location for a break by the sea.
