The apartment is on the first floor being over 1000 sq feet in size with large balcony looking over the main pool.
A perfect position. In addition to the main pool is a smaller children's pool plus another indoor pool and small games area which has a full size pool table, table tennis, darts and small play area for young children, which makes it ideal for families and vacations at any time of the year. There is also a full size tennis court on site for guests to use free of charge.
The community also benefits from being gated, which is manned 24 hours a day, and each home is managed by the local Kaya Homes, with 24/7 service.
In addition the management company will organise airport transfers, local tours to popular sites and attractions, car hire, etc.

One can walk to the beach and old town although there is no need as a regular Dolmus bus service runs frequently 18 hours a day. In addition we offer a number of free no obligation pick up and drop services to the beach and various recommended restaurants. Also within 10 minutes walk by are several good restaurants we recommend, (popular with residents), shops and supermarket.
The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen and good sized lounge/dining area. With pull out sofa bed in the lounge it will sleep up to 6 persons

Thus all you need for a great holiday are your personal belongings. We provide a comprehensive guide to the area, with our personal thoughts on where to eat, shop, attractions, etc, so from day 1 you can fully enjoy your stay.

The holiday couldn't have been better - a great time was had from the taxi picking us at the airport taking us to the lovely villa to the taxi running us back to the airport for our flight home. Thank you so much for your help in organising everything for us.

Fabulous holiday

We stayed with our family with 10 People in two apartments and have really enjoyed the 11 days. The garden and the pool are magnificent. The Kids (6, 7, 10 years) were all day in the pool and the adults have relaxed on the sun lounger. The homes including the rooms were big enough. We loved the area and we will definitely come back again and book through Richard at Vacation Homes who looked after us from start to finish and made sure we chose the best possible accommodation.

It was just lovely!

The property was beautiful and clean! The property has a large terrace and the appartment was also very nice furnished! It has a complete kitchen with anything you will need to prepare a good dish ! 2 beautiful bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms! We had a great time in Side with its enormous numbers of shops and good and cheap restaurants!

Fabulous

Lovely apartment furnished to a high standard with everything you need. Slightly out from the main town which made it lovely and peaceful but not too far to walk if you wanted but not necessary as so many nice restaurants offered a free pick up if you were dining there. The trolley with wheels was, however, a godsend to stock up with shopping for dining on the,lovely large balcony. A car is not needed. Have already booked to return in 2016.

Thats my daughter . We go to SIDE two or 3 times a year and often stay in this home. Much loved spot. Ticks all the boxes and has just been newly decorated.

Why they chose this property

The home is in a perfect position over looking the pool from a spacious balcony where you can dine al fresco and watch the world go by.
Also a very well maintained community with a friendly ambiance. great for families and individuals
Taking holiday costs into account the cost of accommodation is probably no more than 10% of the total when you take into account airport transfers, flights, travel insurance, spending money on holiday , etc. Holiday accommodation can make or break the enjoyment of your holiday. So considering how little of the total cost of the holiday relates to accommodation do not base reserving a holiday home on the basis of cost. For example an extra £100 per week for accommodation may amount to just 2% of the total cost but will be worth 100% more holiday enjoyment and this home guarantees just that.

What makes this property unique

Please read carefully the following important information.
For years we have looked after owners second homes in the resort and we can be flexible on both the length of stay and dates booked, plus you can reserve the home without any payment for up to 2 weeks to give you time to sort out flights, confirm our respectability ,etc.

We have also built relationships in bars, restaurants, etc, so that our guests are well received, plus we have a dedicated local manager on hand to show you around the home and give local support/advice.
