Close To The Beaches, Bars And Restaurants

The private air conditioned studio apartment is located in the Santa Maria aparthotel in the San Eugenio area of Costa Adeje. It is independent from the Santa Maria so is perfect for a self catering holiday. There is free Wi-fi in the apartment for guests. As with all private apartments on the complex the pools and sun loungers are the only facility available to private renters. You can take your own food and drinks to the pool and there is a small cafe nearby. It is only a short walk to the beaches of Puerto Colon and Playa Torviscis and plenty of bars, shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket opposite. One of the pools is heated, there is a lifeguard on duty during the day and there is a large sunbathing terrace area with lots of sun loungers. There are childrens entertainers and nightly evening entertainment in the Flynn & Flannigans bar which is for use by everyone. There is a hairdressers, bike hire and laundry area (all payable locally). There are a couple of gift shops in the reception area as well. The studio has a full bathroom with a washing machine, sleeping area with 2 single beds, a new kitchen with full oven and hob and eating area, leather sofa bed and television with English tv channels. The view from the balcony has sea and mountain views. We also have a management service with a 24 hour telephone number should you have any problems while you are staying in the apartment. They are also based only a short walk away so you can also go and talk to them if you need.

The supermarket is opposite so not far to go for all your food and drinks that you may want in the apartment. There are some very reasonable restaurants close by with meals costing from 10 Euros. We provide free Wi-fi in the apartment and most restaurants and bars have free Wi-Fi for customer use.

Check in time is 3.00pm and check out is 10.00am on day of departure.

There is a change of towels and linen mid stay for stays of 10 days and weekly for longer stays. The apartment is cleaned before and after your stay.

Had a lovely stay in the Santa Maria studio apartment. Apartment lovely and clean. It had everything you needed for your stay including suncream , shampoo, shower gel, washing powder and cleaning products. Ideal location, with just a couple of minutes to the beach and nearby bars and restaurants. The owners were easy to deal with, with good communication throughout. Would definitely stay in this apartment again.

Every thing you need

Enjoyed our stay in this studio, it was a good size for a studio, and has everything you need, great that it has got its own WiFi as hotels was not good , it was very comfortable and clean and would loved to have stayed again next year but sadly it’s already booked, only one small thing I would like to see instruction in English on how the cooker & washing machine worked , it’s in a great location for bars and restaurants but still got good sleep at night .

The property was great and the hosts were lovely but the Santa Maria was disappointing

The problem is that the Santa Maria is not very welcoming to guests that book directly with the owners and don't make you welcome, they also changed their policy so couldn't order any drinks or food from the pool bar. They don't offer any thing to you. I find this rather difficult to understand as surely they would benefit financially by selling their food and drink to all the residents. The same would apply to the wifi.

The room was in a good location

A good view from the balcony overlooking adeje. The cleaners could have been better

The wife had to wash all the plates, pots cutlery etc. A word of warning though guests in private apartment cannot purchase drinks or food from the hotel there is no Wi-Fi, and on our departure they would not allow us the use of a shower room or even let us use the baggage room to store our case's .

Not able to use any amenities of the hotel. Balcony was always in the shade, so cool when sitting out even on a hot day. Loud running water noises going through the apt. when other rooms flushed loos, especially in the evening.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review, i am sorry that you were disappointed with your stay, you did know of the hotel facilities available when booking. The balcony doesn't get any sun in the middle of winter but the rest of the year it gets some good sun. If you want something specific like a sunny balcony then maybe you should ask about things like that before booking. Personally i don't find the water noise that loud.
