This beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is 5 minutes drive from Nerja. Set up on a hill with beautiful views of the sea and mountains. It is a light and bright apartment with a very large terrace and communal pool. Cooker, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, a TV and DVD player (no TV channels only able to play DVDs) and air-conditioning/heating in the bedrooms. Car rental necessary. It is very near a beach with a great restaurant, just a minute away by car but there are many more beaches in the area. It is only a 12 minutes drive to Baviera Golf Course.

Why JANE RILEY chose Nerja area

It's the views. The view from the apartment and large terrace is simply stunning and many clients have told me that they chose to eat at home because the terrace and the views were so lovely. You are only 5 minutes from Nerja but yet have peace and quiet at home. The gardens are also both mature and delightful. The communal pool area is both pretty and peaceful.

Absolutely Fab!

What a fabulous apartment you have, we really did enjoy the time there. The apartment has everything you could want and the balcony with awnings is superb, the best we have come across. A great view. The hill up to the apartment has to be experienced, but we used a taxi in the evening, so no real issues there. There is a local bus that runs from the roundabout at the bottom of the hill into town and costs 1€ each! This apartment comes highly recommended.

Superb apartment

I have recently returned from a wonderful stay in this superb apartment , and enjoyed it so much , I am returning two weeks later . The property is furnished to a high standard , bright and modern throughout , and absolutely spotlessly clean . The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need - again , everything was in excellent condition and spotlessly clean . The views are stunning from the terrace , and the sunrises are spectacular ! The terrace is also very well equipped with comfortable sun loungers , dining table and chairs , and I was delighted to find a barbecue , which makes dining al fresco so enjoyable . I can't rate this property highly enough , and Jane , the owner is such a friendly person and so helpful in every way . Jane also provides plenty of information in a folder at the apartment for things to do in and around Nerja if it is your first time visiting , and the communal pool is beautifully maintained , very quiet and relaxing . I know I will be returning to LillySans many times on my future holidays in Nerja , and Ladera Del Mar is a beautiful pretty location if you enjoy a peaceful holiday . Thank you Jane for the privilege of staying at your beautiful accomodatiin !

Un seul mot : Super !!!

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans ce superbe appartement parfaitement digne de la magnifique région dans laquelle il se trouve : L'Andalousie.

Il est idéalement situé pour profiter des charmes de Nerja sans en avoir les inconvénients. L'accès en est aisé.

Par ailleurs : Ce charmant appartement est joli, parfaitement équipé et situé dans une résidence très calme. Il est tout près de plages. Si on ajoute à cela une immense terrasse proposant une vue admirable sur la mer et Nerja, vous aurez compris que tout est réuni pour passer le meilleur des séjours qui soit. (J'allais oublier la jolie piscine toute proche a disposition).

Vous pourrez également apprécier tout le zèle de la charmante Jane, propriétaire des lieux, à contribuer à la qualité de votre séjour en mettant à votre disposition toute l'information locale nécessaire.

Je recommande sans la moindre hésitation cette location de grande qualité.

Beautiful, tranquil place

A wonderful property. Clean, spacious, fully equipped as a real home, not just a rental. Very light and airy. The development felt upmarket, peaceful and beautifully maintained - the gardeners do an excellent job.

Best of all is the terrace. It is huge, with different areas to relax in sun or shade. The scent of jasmine is in the air and the views at sunset and sunrise are spectacular.

Ladera del Mar... Nerja... Jane's apartment...UAU!

We have been spending our Summer August holidays in this flat for 4 consecutive years. This is enough to justify the choice of this place to spend holidays. It's easy to find this place and it is situated in an amazing place chiefly owing to the view we can enjoy from its terrace. The flat management is excellent, just like the care its owners, Jane and Steve, have with the guests. Besides that, Nerja is a fantastic town (day and nigth), with excellent beaches, chiefly the one that is three minutes far from the flat.

Everything is "five stars".

The worst is to know we have to come back home...

Fantastic holiday in a 'WOW' apartment!

We recently stayed at the ‘Lillie Sans’ apartment in Nerja and hope that any prospective holiday makers find this information useful.

If you are looking for a 'first class' relaxing apartment with all the mod cons you could wish for, look no further than `Lillie Sans`.

We arrived on 20th July 2014 and found the apartment spotlessly clean. The first impression is definitely a WOW! Very modern kitchen with top of the range equipment, and the same can be said of the bathroom and en suite. The air conditioning ensures a good night’s sleep! However, the biggest WOW must be reserved for the huge terrace and magnificent view. There are also plenty of sun loungers plus table and chairs for outside dining. The pool area is very private with a lovely soft grass surround. Pictures speak a thousand words! The owner, Jane, is extremely helpful and accommodating even sorting out WI-FI for us within 24 hrs notice when we suddenly decided to ask for it during our holiday.

We will definitely be booking again. :)

Activity and Interests

Nearest Motorway : at 5 Kilometres Nearest Beach : at 500 Metres Car: necessary

Nerja is located about a 40 minute drive from Malaga on the expressway going towards Almeria. It is on the coast, surrounded by mountains and is very beautiful. There are many beaches to choose from, a whole range of sporting activities, restaurants, weekly gypsy market and the wonderful caves to explore. At certain times of the year, concerts and ballets are held in the caves. The little village of Frigiliana set up in the hills behind Nerja has won many prizes for 'best-kept' village. Nerja seems to suit all age groups from Grandmas and Grandpas, who like to sit for a coffee or apeirtif near the 11th century church on the Balcon de Europa overlooking the stunning coastline of sea and mountains, to young children who love the pool and beaches, teenagers - yes, there are bars and discos too, keen sports people and finally anyone who just wants to relax at the pool or beach with a cold glass of wine and enjoy a romantic dinner out.
