Sleeps 6/7 (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms) Apartment Lily is newly reformed, modern and well equipped holiday apartment that is located within a short walk to the beach and a 15 minute walk to the town centre. Offered exclusively via Sitges Hills Villas Ltd

It has 3 well furnished bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with an open plan living / dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.

ACCOMODATION

The open plan living room/ dining area is tastefully furnished and comfortable with L shaped sofa and coffee table with a TV, DVD, music system.

The dining area has a nice dining table with 6 chairs.

Off the open plan living space is a nice balcony to sit and enjoy the sunshine. The balcony overlooks the very large community swimming pool area that is surrounded by lush grass and Mediterranean plants.

The kitchen has recently been refurbished and comes complete with three ring hob, built-in oven, and microwave, refrigerator and freezer, coffee machine and toaster. There is also a utilty room just off the kitchen for the washing machine.

The apartment has free wifi and A/C in living room and one bedroom.

The new refurbished bedrooms are tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable with the following layout:

The community area features a large 11 x 5 meter pool, surrounded by a nice lawn and lush Mediterranean plants. There is also table tennis available.

The apartment is located on the third floor with an fully operating elevator. There is also an allocated secure parking space in the community area.

The beach with a great beach bar called Bar Sausalito is a 4 minute walk away and the town is a 15 minute walk. Perfectly located to enjoy your holiday in Sitges.

Modern apartment in Sitges with easy walk to sea

From start to finish the staff were excellent in their communications, the apartment was perfect for our young family as had washing machine, hob, oven, fridge, kettle, cutlery, plates etc.. The travel cot we requested was there when we arrived. Taryn in the local office helped us to book bikes, car hire & taxi's during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service & apartment. Easy walk to the seafront and shops not too far away.

Lovely residential area to stay, doesn't feel touristy. Pool peaceful and quiet, had it to ourselves most of the time. Secure building, felt safe. We had a great time thank you so much.
