It has not been what we were expecting
First of all, we carried out the reservation with VRBO not with Club Villamar. The given quotation for the booking was increased 5% by an air condition charge. It's true that this was advised but after the reservation.
By other side, we have booked two villas like this one in the last three years and we were very surprised when we saw that there weren't towels and bed clothes included. We had to pay 6% adittional to get rented towels and bed clothes for 7 days (This is a totally crazy price, we decided to rent them because it was sunday evenning and the shopping centres were closed, there was not option).
The garden area in the village it was not as expected, barbacue was not clean, there was not light in several areas of the pool-garden, there was a small lake with a dirty water area causing bad smell, lot of mosquitoes, etc. We claimed to Club Villamar to empty the mini lake and they spent two days until was emptied. The lights for the external area were only repaired in a small zone.
The floor of the pool, in the house area wasn't like in the photos. Snooker, mini football, and ping pong weren't in this area that was what we wanted to have. A kind of saloon, with TV and lights, just as decoration without sockets, etc was installed doing the saloon for nothing.
The refrigerator in the galley is very small, the door of the refrigerator isn't closing properly and there is a piece of belt to close it. The problem of the door makes that there is ice on the back part.
