Handy location, small apartment with the basics you need.
Very handy location, in walking distance to much of Aberdeen. The apartment is just big enough for two and has the basics, but with a good washing machine and dishwasher. Permit for parking very close by, which is handy.

Good location
Small flat ok for a weekend good location. But. No wifi after calling the agent and messaging the owner there was a solution was offered when only a day was left of the holiday. The flat was not clean at all. I told both the owner and the agent this and they offered no solution they also told me it was cleaned the day before. There were towels in the washing machine and the dishwasher was still turned on and had dishes in it was not impressed

Great apartment in the heart of city
The apartment is very comfortable and cozy. Quite in the center and easy access to bus, shops, bakery etc. Central Railway station is 15 min walk. Main shopping area is less than 10 mins of walking distance. Apartment is well furnished. The manager is very cooperative. Famous restaurant is just across the street. Bar and pubs are round the corner. In the heart of city yet peaceful and quite. Was the best stay.

Well worth the climb!
There is a climb of 62 steps to reach Alex's flat, up a musty and unswept staircase, but once inside there is nothing to complain about. The apartment is 3 roomed, with a fully equipped kitchen that doubles as a dining-lounge area. The full sized fridge is accompanied by a proper stove and clothes washer-dryer, with sufficient space for guests' supplies. Internet connection is fast and reliable. The bedroom is small but the bed very comfortable. With the window closed vehicle and/or late night reveler noises are tolerable for 70-year-olds, even over an Aberdeen weekend in August. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay in the city of granite (granodiorite actually), due in no small part to the excellence of our accommodation. This submission was written by Allan & Areta Thomas, two retired seasoned Australian travelers.

Why they chose this property

A charming little 1-bed flat capable to host up to two people, possibly with a child if for a few days in the centre of things yet offering enough tranquility and privacy as it is a top (3rd) floor flat with views. This is a Visit Scotland accredited with 3 Stars property also part of Visit Scotland's Walkers Scheme but also capable of hosting a couple of golfers for the city's many and wonderful golf courses.

What makes this property unique

An insured, managed flat in the centre of town for complete peace of mind-amenities like complementary refreshments, kitchen and toilette necessities, extra towels and linen and additional services via the manager (such as airport pick up if there's availability at special occasions and others). 5-10 mins walking to Union Street, a stone through away from Her Majesty's Theatre, pretty close to the train station, airport, port, including all major shipping and oil companies, golf course(s), shopping centres, a variety of restaurants and the main university campus.
