Enjoy the best of Spain in our exceptional & much loved apartment

Relax in our lovely home which is immaculate, extremely well equipped & newly renovated & enjoy the large swimming pool & tennis court in our gardens.& the beach downstairs. There are 2 lifts & handicap access. We have 2 double bedrooms with new double beds & built-in wardrobes, one bedroom with a ceiling fan & the other a portable air-con unit. Both bedrooms & lounge/dining room have direct access onto the large balcony. There is a shower room with WC & washing machine, lounge with fully fitted & well equipped american kitchen (even a dish-washer), dining room & fantastic south-facing balcony (22m2). If you think cleanliness is important then our apt is the one for you! We keep it pristine & guest ready - cleaned & prepared to a professional standard. Towels & bed linen & free wifi included.

Breakfast or dine al fresco whilst watching the boat activity. Our apartment is ideal for 2 couples to share a civilised & relaxing holiday in a cosmopolitan town that still remains a typical Spanish fishing port- we are fantastically central & at the same time do not overlook bars or restaurants. You don't need a car & you are only 10 minutes stroll to the Torrevieja Friday market. Supermarkets, restaurants, cafes, bars, mini golf & the famous promenade are all within easy strolling distance

We are an anglo french couple who spend their winters in our lovely apartment in Torrevieja & our summers in the South of France near Carcassonne. This way we think we really have the best of both worlds.

Amazing apartment, amazing views, amazing area

The apartment was spotless and has everything you would need for your holidays, it is in an excellent area opposite the marina, fantastic views, and a short 5 minute walk to the beach and the town centre with its excellent promenade, more beaches, nightly market, funfair and excellent restaurants. The pool was so lovely too. The apartment had 2 very comfortable double beds, plenty of seating inside and on the very large balcony. The owner Dena was excellent with her information and communication. I would highly recommend this property for a great holiday.
