PRIVATE STRUCTURE. This beautiful semi-detached house with independant entrance is located in the residential complex of Cala Corallina, near Porto Cervo Marina, surrounded by luxuriant Mediterranean vegetation which slopes down to Cala Granu, one of the most beautiful white sand beaches of the entire Costa Smeralda. Villa Zeus offers its guests a stunning view of the sea and enjoys great privacy and silence. It could very well be defined a “pied dans l'eau” because, through a gate from the private garden, you can get directly to a fantastic beach with all facilities. The villa blends in with the surrounding nature and typical vegetation of centuries-old olive trees, mediterranean plants and herbs. The complex, composed of about 30 units, which is spread over an area of 5 hectares, offers absolute tranquillity and ensures maximum privacy, with a wonderful playground for children and mega communal swimming pool. It also has a private covered parking place.

Interior

The villa has three floors. The entrance on the ground floor leads directly into the sitting room with fireplace, the dining room and the kitchen. The living area has access to the large panoramic terrace with sea view that has been set up as a dining and lounge area with barbecue. Also on this floor is a bedroom with bunk bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. From the sitting room a staircase leads up to the first floor consisting of a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and private terrace with sea view. An external staircase leads down to the third terrace of the property with the jacuzzi tub, facing the sea. On this same level, with outside access, is a third double bedroom, also with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Swimming Pool

Villa Zeus has a spectacular heated Jacuzzi tub, built into the terrace with a magnificent view over the sea and beach. In addition, guests can avail themselves of the facilities of the residential complex of Cala Corallina, that is, of the swimming pool measuring 23 x 10 m area which is divided between the adult area, with the depth varying from 1,20 to 3,00 m, and the children's area, 40 cm deep. It is lined in mosaic tile and filled with salt water. There is a lifeguard present and the area is equipped with sunbeds; the pool is available from early July to mid-September. Guests can also avail themselves of the “Club House” at the poolside to organize dinners and parties. The pool area and the whole park of the complex, where guests can stroll around, are easily reached on foot.

Porto Cervo is the main centre of the famous Costa Smeralda, located in the north/east of Sardinia. This town grew considerably in the '60s thanks to the Aga Khan who bought the land of this poor area of Gallura and entrusted the urban and salvage development to the scenographer Jacques Couelle and the architect Luigi Vietti. The Costa Smeralda, and Porto Cervo in particular, is known worldwide for the social life that has taken place there during the summer for almost 40 years. The most beautiful boats and yachts that sail the Mediterranean can be seen along the quay of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, built in 1967 and then restructured and enlarged in the '80s. At the centre of Porto Cervo, the promenade, the piazzetta delle Chiacchiere and the Sottopiazza are a collection of narrow streets, multicoloured windows and balconies constructed in the typical style of the Costa Smeralda. Outside the centre can be found the trendiest night clubs and the most prestigious restaurants, the heart of the Costa nightlife. Every day is a continuous succession of appointments with the international jet set, sporting events, parties, or a game at the Pevero Golf Club. From here you can reach, in a short time, the most beautiful and fascinating beaches of the Costa Smeralda such as Cala Granu (accessible on foot directly from the villa), Cala del Faro, Portisco, Arena Bianca and La Spiaggia del Principe.
