Fantastic cottage 10/10.

The cottage is clean, plenty of facilities, well looked after and had everything we needed for our holiday. We had nothing to complain about. Well done to the owner. The highlight of our holiday was the St Abbs Head Coastal walk where we saw dolphins!

Beautiful cottage with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

A lovely cottage and a real home from home. The views from the cottage were beautiful and we could have easily spent longer here. The surrounding area had plenty to keep us occupied for the week and still left places to explore on future visits. We don’t often return to places but I would certainly consider coming back here. Probably the best holiday cottage we have stayed in. Thank you we have some lovely memories of a great family holiday.

Beautiful house/lovely location

  • 4 of 5

Beautiful house in the country. The only negative was the driveway, which sits at a blind corner.

Owner's Response: I'm delighted you enjoyed staying in the cottage. Regarding the drive entry your comment has prompted us to contact the LA to request possibly installing mirrors on the bend - thank you. Best wishes Brenda

Beautiful cottage with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

We had an absolutely fantastic holiday in this very well equipped, cosy and comfortable cottage. The location could not have been better, with walks to the beach possible from the door, and a view of St Abb's Head that would be hard to beat.

We have two young children and the open-plan layout downstairs worked really well for us. The kitchen had everything we needed for self catering, and the beds were all very comfortable.

The area offered plenty of activities for a young family, not least the very quiet beaches with lots of rock-pools for exploring.

Thanks to Brenda for providing this beautiful cottage - we have had a brilliant holiday and I am sure we'll be back.

Owner's Response: Thank you Alice for your lovely review . I'm delighted that you and the family had such an enjoyable week. I hope you found the games and beach buckets in the window box - I think I forgot to mention those in the information pack. Hope to see you again. Best wishes Brenda

Fantastic cottage with stunning views

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying at the cottage. It was immaculate throughout and we found the log burning fire a really nice addition during our winter stay. The walks from the house are amazing. The owners were really helpful and ensured we had checked in ok. The neighbours took good care of us too! Thanks for the stay.
