Villa Alegria is situated on a small private community. It consists of a total of 18 privately owned villas with a large shared swimming pool, private pool, bar & gardens.

Only 800m from the sea with a sea view. the property has 3 Double bedrooms with king size beds with Deep memory foam mattresses - 1 Full Bathroom, 1 En suite Shower Room plus WC downstairs. Fully Fitted Kitchen including Coffee Machine, Electric Oven, Ceramic Hob, Microwave Oven, 4 Slice Toaster, Dishwasher, Fridge/Freezer and kitchen workstation.

Lounge Area with plasma TV (UK & German Sat.) and Blue Ray DVD with a wide selection of DVD's.

There are two outside, private patio area's, one to the front of the property and one to the rear.

The front patio has patio table, four chairs with well planted borders; this area benefits from the morning sun and can be a cooler area to sit in the evening.

The rear patio / terrace is set in a large private garden planted with bougainvillea, passion flowers and palm trees and has a large 'astrturf' area that is great for sunbathing or playing badminton/football etc.

With 6 sun-loungers, a garden table with 6 chairs and a built in, brick BBQ, your evenings can be spent here enjoying the sunset, or just enjoying the wonderful peace and quiet.

The rear garden has a gate that leads directly into the pool and bar area with maintained lawns and a large kidney shaped pool, complete with separate children's / paddling pool area.

A supermarket has just been opened only 100m from the Villa selling everything that you could ever need.

Private Drive & Private fenced/gated garden front, side & rear (child/dog safe) leading to swimming pool and a community lounge with tables/chairs toys/books/, pool bar, table tennis &.100mts from shops /bar.. 4 champ golf courses nearby. upgraded to high standard. The Sun on the Villa all day..... WI-Fi available

Places of Interest.: Universal Studios (Port Aventura) Theme Park & Water Park, a marvellous attraction for all ages is a 15 minute car ride away, Aquopolis Water Park and Aquum Spa (special offer available) - 15 minutes by car.

Tarragona walled Roman Old Town is a must with quaint narrow streets, shops & restaurants/bars leading to the Roman Ruins

Many quaint villages lie within a short car ride, including the village of Miravet with its medieval castle.

For those who wish to relax and enjoy sunbathing or swimming Cala Crystal Blue Flag Beach, many say one, if not the best beach on the Costa Durada. Just 5/10 minutes walk are the many beautiful blue flag secluded coves, again ideal for sunbathing and swimming/snorkelling.

Cambrils, an old fishing town with boat cruises, many shops, bars/ restaurants just 10 mins by car. Market Day Wednesday.

How to get there.: The nearest airport is Reus which is a 15 minute drive from the villa and is in easy reach along the new road system built this year (2009).

Further airports are Barcelona & Girona. Driving from these airports is made simple by an excellent motorway system that takes you straight to Miami Playa/ L'Hospitalet de I'infant.

Train routes take you from Barcelona Airport to L'Hospitalet de I'infant, taxi services are available at the train station.

Arrangements can be made via the owners for taxi's from Reus/Barcelona/Girona Airports at a discounted rates. Directions provided. News flash;..... from April 2012 Ryanair is flying from Manchester international airport to Reus....great news, no need to take car, to airport as train from most areas go into Manchester airport station, book train in advance and is half price, plus saves parking car at airport....other airlines are flying from Manchester Liverpool North of UK and South of UK

to Reus or Barcelona.

jet2, easyjet, bmi, monarch, thompsons etc....taxi transfers from Airports available....just ask for quote...

The garden is fenced off with gates both front and back to give additional safety to younger children and dogs.

Bonmont Golf Course is just 5 minutes drive away and is reputed to be one of the best golf courses in Spain. Also Greg Norman has 2 courses within 15 mins, plus many more courses. Arrangements can be made for a golf package with myself and other villas

From the villa you are just a few minutes drive into the mountains which hold many delightful & quaint Spanish village. UPDATE; .....Special offer at Aquum Spa, La Pineda.......great facilities.....

Very clean and tidy, everything we needed.

First impressions were good, although the villa did smell a little musty, possibly due to being closed up all day in the heat? The villa had all what was needed for our stay. Beds were not that comfy and need new pillows. In the kitchen area there were a few cups and plates with chips in them which need replacing. I thought maybe the owner is unaware of these as all other standards are high. The garden definatly needs a new lawn as it's just mud which my two little grandsons trailed into the villa after playing, hence grandma was sweeping and sweeping. Pool was icy cold but it never stopped us going in, and a big thank you for pool floats and boys toys. Overall a lovely villa and lovely clean complex 😎

Lovely Villa in nice area

Lovely Villa in quiet area. Very comfortable and modern having been refurbished to a high standard. Very well maintained. Part of a small complex with a very nice shared pool and bar. Pleasant private garden with mountain views. Lovely area to explore with beautiful sandy pristine beaches at Hospitalet. Explore inland beautiful Miravet or drive north to Cambrils or south to Delta de L'Ebre.

A home from home with sunshine

The villa is ideal for families with children. It is clean and comfortable and has everything you would have at home including a private garden, with the addition of sunny weather. On the complex there is a very helpful manager available should the need arise. It is a fabulous base to explore the surrounding places of interest either by car or by train. The main Crystal beach is beautiful and there are many other beaches to explore. A car is a must for quick trips to the supermarket and it just makes travelling around that much easier.

A great all-rounder

Perfect for families with children under 10 as the villa is equiped with everything you need to keep them occupied indoors, in the garden or in the pool. The complex itself was beautiful, it was both quite peaceful and absolutely spotless with a very helpful manager. It is perfectly situated for Port Aventura and various aqua parks and it's not too far away from Barcelona for a day trip. Some lovely beaches but it's worth trying different ones to find a quiet spot. It's a must to hire a car if you want to make the most of the amazing sightseeing opportunities. We can't wait to return.

I have been to many self catering homes and have found many times...poor linen, not enough cutlery or pans to make a meal, not clean, - I vowed I would never let my villa without every need catered for. I have had the villa 13 years and been with Holiday-rentals for the same...I am always improving facilities....and keeping upto date with accommodation styles

Situated in Costa Zefir Urb, Miami Playa, Costa Durada and a short drive to Cambrils or Tarragona. Miami Playa lies on the Mediterranean Coast sandwiched between the sea and the Montsant & Prades mountain ranges. It boasts Bonmont Golf Course one of the finest golf courses in the Spain, a five minute drive by car, other golf courses and sporting facilities within a short drive. Miami Playa has a wide variety of shops, bars and restaurants all within walking distance of the property and a well stocked supermarket 500 metres from the doorstep. Miami Playa also boasts having some of the most beautiful yet secluded blue flag coves and Beaches on the Costa Durada only 800 metres from the property (see photos)

The house has open views from the front reaching to Salou, a vibrant resort

A short drive inland takes you to many picturesque Spanish villages and further along the coast you come to the Delta Ebro region, a large marshland area home to thousands of migrating & resident bird.

Golf: Very near the best of Golf courses in Cataluna, Robert Trent Junior (Bonmont), Gregg Norman (Portaventura) etc. I do golf packages....please enquire.

  • This is a small community consisting of 18 houses within a privately walled area. All beds have deep memory foam mattress, Car parking for one/two cars available within the property bounds with ample off road parking. Gardens fully fenced and gated. A car is recommended but not essential as rail/bus facilities are available as is excellent reasonable price taxi service. The property have been enjoyed by elderly visitors. The owner has lovingly spent considerable time & cost to give the property a feeling of welcome and warm shutters keep the property cool and also electric fans are available in the property for use by guests. Solar Panel now installed giving warm or cool air. Rustic Park opposite house .Bakery, deli/takeaway/bar/tapas 80 meters. Supermarket 2014 2 mins walk pAll other shops 500 meters. Pte bar also providing coffee/tea facilities/community lounge for guest and friends.
