An elevator will take you to the "piano2" where the apartment is surrounded by a very large terrace furnished with outdoor furniture, lots of flowers and automatic irrigation system. Inside, to welcome you, a large room overlooking the terrace, with bookcases, 2 sofas, TV and DVD; a fully equipped eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave; while in the sleeping area, bounded by a door and a corridor, 3 bedrooms, 2 doubles and 1 with bunk beds. The bathrooms are 2, both with shower and toilet. There is also a washing machine. Possibility of leaving bicycles in the garden. Free car parking around the house.
Just 150 meters from the sea, 1,8km from the center of Forte dei Marmi, the apartment is located in a quiet and very convenient area served as well. A few steps from the house there are bars, newsagent, bank, pharmacy, post office, supermarket, restaurants, bike rentals, and great food shops where you can go shopping. Forget about the car !!!!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, die Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge ist angenehm groß. Die Stechmücken sind allerdings nervig.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse mit Blick auf die Berge.

Strandnah (10 Minuten). Ein paar kleine und ganz nette Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. WLAN war bei uns leider nicht vorhanden. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die uns noch ein paar sehr gute Tipps gegeben hat. Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Die Terrasse sehr groß und geht um die ganze Wohnung herum

Ho avuto il piacere di trascorre un lungo wend con la mia famiglia in questo bellissimo appartamento. Posizione ottima, in quanto vicinissimo al mare e agli innumerevoli negozi dove poter fare la spesa. Affittando le biciclette (a pochi passi da casa!!!) il centro di Forte si raggiunge con una gradevolissima e veloce pedalata sul lungo mare. Il terrazzo è semplicemente fantastico, enorme in quanto gira tutto intorno e permette di vivere l appartamento durante tutta la giornata. Ottima pulizia. Chiavi consegnare dalla gentile proprietaria che ci ha fatto check in e check out dandoci ottimi consigli su cosa vedere e dove andare. Consiglio Assolutamente.

piacevolissimo soggiorno

E' stata un'esperienza piacevolissima! Dopo la fine delle scuole ho soggiornato in questo bell'appartamento, arredato con gusto elegantissimo e circondato da un terrazzo colmo di piante e fiori che hanno reso speciali le nostre colazioni ogni giorno. La vista del mare da un lato e, alle spalle, delle Alpi Apuane è superba: le nostre cene circondati da fiori rimarranno uno dei ricordi più belli di questo soggiorno. Ottima la posizione, vicina al mare che si può raggiungere con una breve passeggiata tra pini marittimi ed i negozi della via principale (comodissimi: c'è un forno, un'enoteca ben fornita, un caffè dove prendere fantastici aperitivi e per chi ha bimbi anche una farmacia fornitissima di creme solari e tutto quanto indispensabile ad un soggiorno con loro). La gentilissima padrona di casa ci ha accolti per il check in e la consegna delle chiavi, mostrandoci l'appartamento (nota particolare: impeccabile la pulizia, aspetto che con i bambini si considera giustamente centrale) e la terrazza: per me che ho qualche disabilità motoria, è stato fondamentale nella scelta anche il poter usufruire di un ascensore (necessario naturalmente anche per valigie e spesa). Il parcheggio per le vetture è libero e limitrofo all'abitazione. E' stato un soggiorno, ribadisco, estremamente rilassante: noi ci torneremo senz'altro e, in questo senso, lo consiglio.

APPARTAMENTO/TERRAZZO FORTE MARMI

Premetto che avevo scelto questa casa, fra tante altre, proprio per le immagini del terrazzo, pubblicate dalla proprietaria sul sito. Assolutamente veritiere!!! Un terrazzo veramente favoloso. L'immobile: confortevole e pulitissimo ci è stato consegnato completo di ogni comfort. Peraltro l'appartamento è posizionato in una comodissima posizione ed è attorniato di negozi di ogni genere, compresa una farmacia. La proprietaria è una persona piacevolissima e molto disponibile. Consiglio assolutamente l'immobile.
