A fantastic opportunity for a couple or small family to enjoy the private use of a large swimming pool, garden, barbecue, outdoor dining areas and sun terraces. belonging to a large villa by renting the ground floor for up to 4 people! The upper floor is locked and unoccupied. This is one of a selection of villas and apartments from Holidays and Homes!

Onega is a lovely two bedroom apartment on the ground floor of a large unoccupied villa with private use of the large garden and swimming pool, sun terraces, feature barbecue and outdoor dining areas. The villa is just 450 metres (a 5 minute stroll) from the Club de Golf Javea ( that also has a driving range, tennis courts, swimming pool and restaurant.

The apartment has a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a lounge/diner, kitchen and shower room. The bedrooms both have portable air-con units in the summer (July-September), wardrobes and fans, the lounge has a television and internet Wi-Fi, the kitchen has a 4 burner gas hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine whilst the bathroom has a shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. Please note that the lounge area does not have an external window.

Outside is the large 12 metre by 6 metre swimming pool with Roman steps and ladder access, a lovely feature barbecue and covered dining area and two terraces with alternative alfresco dining options in the lovely Mediterranean garden.

Villa Onega is just 8km, a 13 minute drive, to the towns and beaches of Javea, and Moraira and the Cala Moraig beach of Benitachell. The Golf Club Restaurant is a five minute walk and there are several restaurants within a short drive. The shops and restaurants of the typically Spanish town of Benitachell, and the nearest supermarket, are 2000 metres, a 25/30 minute walk.
