Group trip

Good size apartment for a large group. Generally well equipped. Shower door needs some attention and no rail to hold shower head we’re only downsides.

Duplex le Cabourg

Très bon emplacement départ ski aux pieds. Mme Guilpin est très réactive, agréable. Nous avons’ passe un excellent séjour en famille dans ce duplex dans lequel il ne manque rien. Je recommande +++++

Nouvel an 23/24

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Spacieux, bien placé, à proximité des commerces, des remontées mécaniques, de l ESF. Retour ski au pied jusqu'à la porte de l'immeuble possible si enneigement sufissant. La cuisine est fonctionnelle, quelques travaux de raffraichissement sont à prévoir dans les salles de bain. Côté service tout est à revoir, la communication et la remise des clés ont étaient une véritable galère et nous nous somme sentis bien SEULE. Malgré avoir redonné mes coordonnées quelques jours avant notre séjour, aucun coup de téléphone, aucun mail la veille ou le jour même, pour organiser notre arrivée. Abritel précise de se rendre chez ASP, bureau de la conciergerie. Surprise sur place, on nous précise que l'appartement n'est plus en gérance chez eux. Impossible d'avoir la gestionnaire au téléphone, ss solution, j'ai dû courir de nouveau chez ASP et compter sur leur gentillesse, par chance ils connaissaient personnellement la personne qui devait ns remettre les clés et ont accepté de me communiquer son téléphone (chose qu'ils n'étaient absolument pas obligés de faire). Nous avons finalement réussi à avoir les clés vers 18h30,après une après midi ds le stress, la nuit qui tombe et les enfants dehors. Je ne parle même pas des détails, pdt le séjour (promesse d'un 3 eme jeu de clé, les 2 cafetières qui ne fonctionnaient pas et aucun retour suite aux messages envoyés). Bref, c'est dommage car l'appartement est agréable et avons au finale passés un bon séjour

SEUL.....

Pas d'ascenseur, il faut pleurer et courir après les clés pour accéder à l'appartement, pas un rouleau de papier toilette à l'arrivée!!! Le parking ouvert le dimanche et refermé, N'avons obtenu notre badge de parking que le 24 /12 (6 jrs après arrivée)après réclamation et déplacement. Déçue
