Grand House, 2 Bedroom with en suite bathrooms, home from home for the owners

10% REDUCTION IF BOOKING MADE BY 31ST OCT. A beautifully restored, grand house, in magnificent grounds, overlooking the bay of St Tropez, which was owned and lived in by Paul Geraldi, a famous poet of the region before his death in the last century.

Rental costs is advertised in euros. There are no hidden costs. Linen, parking is included in the price. Minimum stay 7 nights. Turn around day is only on Saturdays. Contact me on toi.moi.france@hotmail.com if you would like more details that i may not have included on this site

The property is a pleasant, 20 minute easy walk, or 5 to 10 minute drive into the center of Ste Maxime, which makes it far enough away to always enjoy peace and tranquility. Ste Maxime is 15 kilometers from St Tropez. There are frequent ferries leaving Ste Maxime for St Tropez. St Maxime is one of the most beautiful, and sought after small towns in the Cote d'Azur with all amenities one would require on a holiday. We even own our own little beach which you can get to through the gradens in front of the villa, through the locked gates from the swimming pool area. The keys are in the apartment for the two gates. The apartment is approximate 90 sq meters.

The apartment sleeps four comfortably, with one queen size bed in the master bedroom, two twin beds in the second bedroom, and the use of a travel cot, if necessary. There are two en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is open plan. All furnishing and fittings are of a high quality and good taste. Since its our second home, this is not a typical rental property. Most comforts are provided, with help on hand, if need be. A balcony, over looking the sea runs the whole length of the apartment, with uninterrupted sea view, and access from the master bedroom, sitting room and kitchen area. There is a dining area here as well.

We even have our own small private beach with access from the gardens in front of the villa.

We have secure and safe off street parking in the grounds of the villa. The shared pool is situated in the beautiful extensive gardens. *There are no hidden charges. Your rental cost covers all that we offer beforehand. Sleeps 4 people plus there is a travel baby cot. Sleeps 4 adults or adults and children. 200 euros damage deposit on arrival. To be returned to you in cash on non damage departure. 100 euros to be added to the rent towards the cleaning. we have an american water and ice dispenser fridge which is much appreciated. hairdrayer in each bathroom. in fact all you would expect in a well equiped family home.

This really is a dream holiday property in a fantastic location, just 1 mile from the center of Saint Maxime, making a lovely seaside walk every morning. The kitchen, living area and master bedroom all open out onto balconies ( we ate outside every day ) with an amazing view across the bay of Saint Tropez.

Private parking and pool just added to the whole experience and we very much look forward to our next trip.

A 5-Star Villa to which you will want to return

This was our second stay at the Toi et Moi villa in Sainte Maxime, and we were again delighted with the villa. It is obviously not a commercial rental, but someone's much loved second home. This shows throughout the home in it's furnishings, appliances, and care. We hope to continue coming back to "Toi et Moi". The view remains spectacular!

Very relaxing

We've stayed here twice over the New Year period. Its the perfect place for a relaxing break, the weather isn't always sunny and warm but its good enough for exploring the area on road bikes. The property is very cosy and quiet with a stunning view of the sea, secure parking and near to the centre of St Maxime. Its very easy to book and we would highly recommend it to other cyclists.

Amazing Apartment with stunning views. 1st Class!

Wonderful property, stunning views and great proximity to both the town and lovely beaches. We adored spending our evenings dining on the balcony and watching the sun setting over the gulf of St Tropez. The property and appliances are first class. The owner is both charming and helpful. We have stayed at various properties in France over the last 7 years but this apartment beats them all. Clean, spacious, modern, charming and steeped in history. We are already planning a return visit!

Pure Poetry

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this former “Grand Home” of a famous poet. It is difficult to find superlatives to add to the previous 49 consecutive “5-star” reviews of this great apartment, but here are a few: Fantastic Views. Tranquil, secure environment. Comfortable furniture, and well equipped kitchen (not just a rental villa, but the owner’s second home). Fantastic views. Beautiful, large bathrooms. Large bedrooms. Large balconies. Great location in peaceful Sainte-Maxime (but 15 minute ferry-ride to Saint Tropez). Did I mention the fantastic views? Pure Poetry.

Beautiful 19 century mansion which belonged at one time to the poet Paul Geraldy who wrote the poem, 'Toi & Moi' , hence the name of the villa. The apartment is nicly decorated and the villa has been renovated without distroying the magnificence of the old mansion. Our apartment is cosy and very comfortable, with all that you will need. However bring along your lap top or iPad, and of course your personal belongs. Hairdryers, beach towels etc all provided.

Toi & Moi, the villa in which we have our apartment is directly opposite the Mediterranean sea, looking towards Ste Tropez. The views from every room are magnificent. We are in walking distance to the lovely town of Ste Maxime, with many restaurants, in and out door markets, marina, casino, open theater which holds many free shows in the spring & summer. There are also wonderful stylish shops, a few supermarkets, etc. We have tennis courts a few minutes away from the villa. In fact, there is no shortage of things to do. You can take the boat from the marina to Ste Tropez or drive the 15 kilometers, but due to the traffic in the summer, the boat is a better, and more enjoyable option. There are many beautiful small villages and vine yards you can visit in the area. There are some lovely beaches on both the left and the right of the villa which you are able to walk to. Some of them have restaurants and bars. If you drive to the beach, there is no shortage of parking in the front.

Our turn around days are on Saturdays for rentals.

With a booking, further details about how bookings and payments are made will be sent to you. We do our best to try and make this a memorisable holiday. OUR TURN AROUND DAYS ARE ON SATURDAYS. Please wait for a response from me, Marie, before going ahead with online payment. I prefer to take the damages refundable deposit on arrival in cash which is €200, which is returned in full to you in cash on your depaeture, we ask for €100 towards the cleaning which can be given in cash to Valerie or added to the rental cost when booking. The rxtra rental cost is €200 for the Christmas, New Year and Easter week. My lowest price is from 1st October to end of April. Minimum stay is for 7 nights from 5 pm to depsetunre at 10 am. My email address is toi.moi.france@hotmail Linen supplied, secured parking in the extensive grounds, wifi, hair dryers etc. You just need to bring your own lap top or ipad, and personal items. This is our second home so it is fully equiped with all you need to have a wonderful, carefree holiday, We are proud to show that we have had 52 five stars from our most valued guests.
