This beautiful, capacious & bright property has retained its traditional rustic charm without losing the modern fixtures & fittings that you would expect.

The first thing that you notice is its amazing location, set among tropical gardens with sensational views from every room out to sea.

Designed in duplex style it has 3 large bedrooms & bathroom on one floor and a small flight of steps leading to the open plan kitchen and spacious lounge with terrace leading off through french doors. The kitchen is large and fully equipped every modern appliance, this is divided from the lounge by a breakfast bar.

The lounge has triple aspect windows and double French doors onto an outside terrace that overlooks both the garden and the sea. Among the many fixtures and fittings are UK TV, washing machine, electric oven and ceiling fans in each bedroom as well as fully fitted wardrobes.

The property has 24/7 management so no need to worry should problems occur.
