About the property

The apartment is set in an award winning development. The apartment has an open plan layout with kitchen containing oven, hob,washer,fridge freezer and microwave. The living area comprises of a sofa bed and dining table, TV (uk channels) ceiling fans and air con unit. As you are on the ground floor you have access through patio doors leading straight onto patio area and access to the gardens and pools. The patio has table and chairs and a fixed awning to help shade you in the heat of the day. The bedroom contains 2 single beds, fan, air con unit with access to the patio. Bathroom contains newly fitted corner shower unit. note it does not have a bath. You are close to restaurants and bars and a regular bus service is a stroll away and at really good prices if you want to go further a field. Regina Gardens has a mix of holiday makers and residents and has lovely landscape, two adult pools and a children's pool. It is just off Tombs of Kings road and the Harbour is 2.2 miles away. It is on a main bus route which can take you all the way to the Harbour or Coral Bay, they run a regular service throughout the day approx every 15mins.

We are an English couple who love visiting paphos and decided to buy this beautiful property which is situated in lovely grounds. It is close to amenities but also gives you a far enough away to give you peace and relaxation.

The apartment was clean and well presented

It has plenty of room.and the kitchen is well equipped. It's on a loverly complex.with a large pool and a child's pool.which was very clean.

Shops, bars and a good variety of resetaurants are very close and the harber is a short bus ride away.

The people are very pleasant, I would highly recommend staying hear. I'm coming back next year can't wait.😃😎😎

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

There is a good bus service so a car is not essential to get around.

Paphos airport is about 20min drive away and you will need to hire a car or taxi to get to the apartment from here.

The Harbour is about 10min drive away where you will find many bars and restaurants, fort, boat trips and the bus terminal taking you to many parts of paphos.

There is a mini market which is open long hours and other supermarkets, restaurants and bars are nearby

A welcome pack can be arranged for arrival at an extra cost.- please enquire.

Apartment is cleaned at the end of the stay if mid stay change is required this can be arranged at an extra cost. - please enquire.
