'Jus Chillin' is perfectly named for a truly relaxing Caribbean luxury holiday. You'll enjoy beautifully furnished spacious rooms with huge beds, luxurious white cotton linen/towels and marble bathrooms. Every effort has been made to make your stay enjoyable from pure comfort of furnishings through to the technology of Wifi, ipod docking station, TV and DVD players (English & American). Our housekeeper regularly changes linen/towels and does an excellent job of maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in the house. A cook can be arranged through our house manager, who is there on hand to help with any queries you may have during your stay. 'Jus Chillin' has a large pool directly outside with plenty of sun loungers, parasols, chairs and tables. The property is on a small gated development with 24hr security with two more pools, the wonderful Singita Wellness Spa with various treatments, yoga, pilates and many other classes and is located literally opposite the famous Mullins Beach (1 min walk). Here you can enjoy the private beach club membership of Royal Westmoreland which includes a towel, sunbed, parasol and waiter service direct to your bed with food and drinks. The Mullins beach restaurant and bar offers exceptional food and cocktails and the new fabulous ''Seashed'' beach vibe restaurant and bar is next door serving amazing food and drinks. You are just 10 min drive or bus journey (bus stop right outside property) from the new Lime Grove Shopping Mall in Holetown, a big Massey hypermarket, medical facilities and where there are many bars and restaurants to enjoy. There is golf at Sandy Lane, Royal Westmoreland and Apes Hill.

Jus Chillin

Loved the property and location. Mullins Beach is our favourite part of the island and a short walk to the sea. Heavenly. I did have to ask for additional directions and they sent me a photo of google maps as wasn't entirely sure exactly where it was (only knew approximately) and no keyholding instructions. Its on the Mullins Bay Villa complex with the Singita Wellness Spa opposite the Seashed and there is a proper entrance with security to the complex. You need to pay to join the Singita and its not included in the rental fee. The membership of the Westmoreland beach club was very welcome. We did have an issue with hot water but this was fixed.

Couldn't Be Better

Have stayed at Jus Chillin annually for the last seven years. Couldn't think of a better location in Barbados. Everywhere easy to reach. The beach is a stones throw away. The beach bar is fab. The pool is always quiet. The maid cleans and does your laundry. John will sort out any problems you may have. What more could you want.

A LITTLE BIT OF PARADISE - JUS CHILLIN

EASY LIVING IN LUXURY ACCOMMODATION, THIS VILLA OFFERED EVERYTHING AND MORE FOR OUR FAMILY STAY. CLOSE PROXIMITY TO THE BEACH AND MULLINS BAR SUITED OUR 21/22/25 YEAR OLDS PERFECTLY - AND THE OUTDOOR LIVING AREA/BBQ AND SWIMMING POOL (BOTTOM OF THE GARDEN) ALL ENHANCED OUR MEMORABLE STAY. THE PROPERTY IS A DELIGHT TO LIVE IN AND IS WELL MAINTAINED AND LOOKED AFTER BY DAILY MAID SERVICE. RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS ARE ALL EASILY ACCESSIBLE AND WE ALL CAN'T WAIT TO RETURN.

Jus Chillin

We stayed at Jus Chillin in April with friends and had a great holiday. It's beautifully furnished, has a big pool directly outside and is literally opposite the beach. Perfect location. We loved the food at Mullins Beach Bar and they have a live band on a Sunday, which is brilliant. All in all a fantastic time and we've booked again for 2014. Enough said!

Martin, Sarah & daughter Jemma have owned 'Jus Chillin' since new, in 2007 having fallen in love with Barbados 14 years ago. All year round sunshine was definitely an attraction but we now love and appreciate the pace of life & friendliness of the Bajan people. It has become home from home & we find we relax the minute we arrive on the island. Just to walk along the beach on white sand with a beautiful blue sky & turquoise clear sea, with swaying palm trees is a breath taking vision & one we try to picture when we're back in the rainy North West of England. We want to share our lovely home with you & hope that you fall in love with & enjoy Barbados & 'Jus Chillin' as much as we do. We've superb staff & excellent house manager to make sure you enjoy your stay and want to return.

We love Mullins Bay because of its location, directly opposite the famous beautiful Mullins Beach and sea, on the quieter west coast of Barbados. Mullins Bay is a small, quiet, fully gated and private development, set in beautifully landscaped gardens, with 24hr security for total peace of mind. It's a one minute walk to the beach where you can enjoy the private beach club membership of Royal Westmoreland. 'Jus Chillin' is convenient for shops, fish markets and restaurants. The location is perfect for nearby restaurants, world class golf, tennis, watersports and catamaran cruises.

What makes this property unique

Jus Chillin has the best of both worlds as it has a fabulous swimming pool right outside the back door and yet is only a 1 minute walk to the beach and watersports. Once on the beach you can enjoy the private beach club membership of Royal Westmoreland, luxury sunbeds, sun umbrellas, towels, waiter service from the restaurant and bar and a private decking area with washroom facilities. There is also a little shop on the beach selling food, drink, beach inflatables, sun creams and souvenirs Water sports are available including, banana boating, catamaran boat trips, glass bottomed trips out to see or swim with the turtles, fishing trips, water skiing and snorkelling can all be arranged. We love the opportunity to nip back home for lunch straight off the beach if we feel like it and then maybe a chill by the pool for the afternoon.
