Christmas getaway

Property was great. Unfortunately weather wasn't so didn't get to use the pool or beach. Hopefully will manage to go back some day with better weather.

Great location, great place!

The townhome and kawama community are safe, quite and really a tropical paradise in a great location. The owner was very accommodating, helpful and always there with assistance and immediate feedback. Our family enjoyed fishing, snorkeling, and nightly walks along the jetty!

Beautiful place to stay.

We really loved to stay here. Jorge was very attentive. We met him when we arrived and when we left. The property is well kept, kitchen well equipped, mattresses very comfortable. We had everything we needed to feel at home. We loved the view at the lagoon, the iguanas crossing our way every day, the two pools....everything. We highly recommend Jorge's place.

Great for long and short term visit to the keys

We rented this unit for 3 months and had a wonderful stay for most of the winter. Our landlord Ruiz was wonderful to work with and the unit was in good shape. The entire complex was built in the 70's but this unit was very nicely updated. The complex has nice amenities (pools, marina, beach) and the tenants are very nice. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Nice condo

Nice, clean, well stocked condo. Pretty view of lagoon out back. Mattresses were comfortable. Good selection of cooking utensils and spices in the kitchen. Owner is very responsive, honest, and easily accessible for questions or issues. I would stay here again!
