Located in an exclusive, unspoilt beachside area only 10 minutes drive from central Marbella, enjoy rest & relaxation in our simple, yet charming apartment set in beautiful secluded gardens with a pool to swim and cool down in. Easy walk to beach with laid back bars and restaurants.

The apartment block is a mix of residential and holiday homes and has a unique, friendly atmosphere where you feel safe and secure. Entry is through lockable gates. You are unlikely to find rowdy tourists here! The residents all take a great deal of pride in their homes and are very welcoming without being intrusive. There is a table tennis table in the corner of the garden in case you fancy exerting yourself!

Situated on the ground floor, wheelchair access to the door from the street. The whole apartment is yours to enjoy. A large double en-suite bedroom. A private twin bedded room and a pull out comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. There is a wonderful feeling of space indoors and out, with open plan living making it a great place to entertain and have fun. There is a cot and high chair available for younger children.

Equipment: TV and DVD player. DAB Radio with cable to connect ipod/MP3. Free WiFi. Washing machine, Fridge and Freezer, Multifunction full sized oven, Cafetiere, Basic store cupboard essentials. Each room has a fan to keep you cool if necessary. There is also a heater if needs be.

Bath towels are provided. Please bring your own beach towels with you.

There are a few CD's and English language DVD's for you to enjoy. Backgammon, playing cards, chess set, draughts set books, bat and ball, table tennis bat and balls (table in garden).

Outside the property is a wooden table and chairs to seat 4 and 2 sun loungers to use by the pool. There are also 2 folding chairs you could take to the beach.

Excellent apartment, in beautiful grounds, ideally situated to suit our requirements

Apartment is located close to the A-7 road providing links to all the main resorts nearby. Having said that it is within walking distance of the beautiful Las Chapas beach, surrounding area, and the main excellent restaurants.

The apartment itself is excellent, and has described by the owner.

We had a great holiday and will look to use the apartment again in the near future.

This was the first property we viewed and it just felt 'right'. We looked at many others, in complexes on golf courses and purpose built resorts. They all felt a bit hemmed in and touristy. The apartments charm is that one feels more immersed in an authentic Spanish experience as opposed to Brits abroad! We hope you will love it as much as we do.

Take the Las Chapas exit off A7. On the beach side of the A7 go straight over the roundabout. You will come to another roundabout called Plaza Arena. The apartment block is directly behind this roundabout. If you go straight over the roundabout and park on the left hand side of the road you will see two iron entrance gates to access the apartment block. One via steps and the other via a slope. You can park in the car park directly behind the apartment but will need to access it with the fob that will be with the keys you are given.

Marbesa has a wonderful feel to it. Beautifully relaxed but within 10 minutes drive of the excitement of Marbella. In fact, Julio Iglesias used to own the stunning villa next door to the apartment! Just 10 minutes walk to the right along the beach is the exclusive Nikki Beach resort and 15 minutes to the left is the beautiful Puerto Cabopino.
