Welcome to Mountain View Villa.

Experience this exclusive pool villa which is surrounded by scenic mountains and an extensive tranquil environment. Located just 5km to Hua Hin town centre and Beaches, makes this villa ideal for a great relaxing holiday.

Upon arrival our guests will be greeted by our onsite team who are there to make your stay as pleasant as possible, offering a personal and professional service.

Set in a quiet location just off the Soi 112, just a few minutes away from the Banyan Golf Course, guests can expect a secure modern complex. The villa itself hosts a large open contemporary pool villa with all the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay, all just 5km away from Hua His town centre.

The Villa is equipped with an open plan kitchen and large casual seating area and smart TV as well as a portable speakers and wifi with air conditioning which works within minutes. It is the perfect place for friends and family to feel like home. The kitchen also has a utility area for storage or for any washing or laundry.

The master bedroom has a 6ft bed and luxury feather and down bedding, the dressing area and ensuite are modern with fitted wardrobes and a luxury bath space. Bedroom two is also complete with a 6ft bed and with a luxury shower ensuite. Bedroom three is our most flexible and is a twin room, however we are happy to accommodate our guests requests. This is also complete with a luxury shower ensuite.

The villa also has outdoor showering facilities, a bbq area, sun loungers and terraced outdoor seating and dining. The main feature of the garden space is the 15m salt water swimming pool, complete with jets and a water feature. Our villa has sunlight throughout the day and great place to relax.

We provide meet and greet services as well as airport transfers to order. We offer additional services such as cleaning, laundry, car hire & we are able to recommend and book excursions. All of our guests can contact the host or our team at any time throughout their stay should guests have any questions.

Holiday in Hua Hin

This was our 2nd trip to Hua Hin, so we already knew our way around the city. Property was great as was the location, close enough to the centre of Hua Hin but far enough away so not to be in all the traffic and noise of the city. Tucked away off a small side road off Soi 112, meant we couldn't hear any traffic when in the villa, which in turn meant a quiet and peaceful stay. Mod the property manager met us at the villa and showed us around when we arrived. We kept in contact with Mod and Chas, the owner of the villa, via WhatsApp which was great. Nice private pool and a nice open plan kitchen/dining/lounge. Bedrooms and bathrooms good too. Kids spent most of the time around the pool. We went most nights to the local markets at the end of Soi 112 for food which was great and ate at the villa. 7-11's close by, at least 3 I think within a 1-2 min drive from the villa for any essentials we needed. Hua Hin was especially busy when we were there due to Songkran, but we only went into the city a few times. I recommend a trip down to Sam Roy Yot (about 1 hour south) beaches are fantastic. Pran buri and Khao Kolok are also worth a visit too, the beach areas are very nice and there are some lovely restaurants to check out. All in all a great holiday at the villa and the kids (and Mom and Dad) didn't want to go home!

Fantastic villa, quiet location but close to all amenities and beaches. Chas was excellent host as was Mod the on-site manager. She gave us lots of local recommendations we would never have found . Will definitely book again

Fabulous stay - August 2019

What a great villa this is. It’s high spec and the best one we have ever rented; the pool is brilliant. Lots of information provided for things to do and taxi numbers - Mr Wai is extremely friendly and available 24/7! Overall a fantastic, relaxing stay in a quiet location (but only 5 minute drive to centre of town)

Coming from Leafy Hertfordshire, it was always going to be difficult to find somewhere as nice as our home town,then we discovered Hua Hin, a former thai fishing village now a bustling market town, with Golf Courses in abundance, beaches that go on for miles, food to die for,,this town was a must for us.
