Utopia apartment 3, a lovely modern 3 bed apartment with stunning sea views, just a five minute walk from the beach and village. Currently being fully refurbished for Summer 2015, Utopia will be avaible to book with the downstairs apartments Penhale and Droskyn (both 1 bed apartments) for larger groups holidaying together. A cream tea will be waiting for you on arrival, the perfect welcome to Cornwall after a long drive!

Utopia sleeps six, and has an outdoor upper patio area with uncompromising views over the beach.

Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 twin beds and Bedroom three has bunk beds. A family bathroom contains bath with a shower over it, wc and basin, and there is also an additional wc in the apartment.

The fully equipped kitchen has a breakfast bar, cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer and leads into the family dining area through fully opening foldback doors. The living room, with TV, DVD and comfy sofas, enjoys sea views and has a log burner for the colder days.

A washing machine, tumble dryer and wood store can be found in the utility room which also has space for surfboard storage. Outside there is a large, enclosed split level patio with barbecue, with the top level enjoying sea views making it an ideal location for entertaining, barbecueing, or chilling out with a good book!
