This Luxury Apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a large open plan living area. Each Bedroom has access to a balcony or terrace with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. The apartment also benefits from it's own private 75m2 roof terrace with 360deg views of mountains and sea. The roof terrace is accessed directly from the balcony and is a fantastic entertaining space with sun loungers, dining table, BBQ and table tennis table. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons, including satellite TV and superfast free wifi.

We loved the fantastic pool and garden area as well as the stunning views of the bay from the balcony and roof terrace. The location was just right for us, near enough to the beach and town, yet quiet and peaceful.

lovely apartment

apartment was lovely and as described and lived up to the photographs. Good sized pool for swimming/playing in. Lots of other families staying which suited us as kids had other kids to play with. Good communication before the start of the holiday about arrival information.

Amazing apartment. Great location. Fantastic Pool and Gardens.

Really enjoyed our short stay. It's our second visit, as we loved the location and the spacious apartment. There was some noise from the apartments being finished opposite, but the sound of the kids around the pool generally drowned that out. The pool really is the jewel in the crown for these apartments. Great size and with a really shallow end for younger ones.

Hoping to get back out next year for a longer stay. Thanks.

Property directly faces onto a major construction site with drilling starting before 8am.

We have just returned from this property and feel strongly that we need to warn other travellers so that they too do not have their holiday completely ruined in the same way that we did. We have been in constant contact with the owner since our second day to express our distress about the issues we encountered and are in ongoing dispute about compensation. The issues are:

View from the apartment. The advertisement on Owners Direct describes the view as being a 360 degree view of mountains and sea. In fact a significant part of that view is now a working building site. There are at least 3 photographs on the owners direct website that show what the view clearly was prior to the commencement of the building work. The photographs show either scrub land where the building site now is or a direct view to the sea when in actual fact that particular view is now obscured by masonry, scaffolding and two large cranes. This is entirely misleading and the owner would have been aware of this when we made our final payment and possibly when we paid our deposit.

Privacy - there were builders on all levels of the site opposite who would spend time lounging on the scaffolding looking over the pool and into the apartments. We felt unable to sunbathe on the balcony due to this . Our privacy was completely invaded and again we had no indication of this from the description and photos provided on Owners Direct.

Noise - the owner called us about 10 days before we left to tell us there was a report of noise from a nearby building site but at no point did he say that the noise in fact was coming from a building site directly opposite the apartment and he assured us that the noise would be minimal by the time we arrived. Drilling and hammering started before 8am every morning except Sunday and finishing between 6.30 and 7pm. The owner said he was making daily efforts to minimise the noise but nothing changed - he maintained the builders were acting illegally but that made no difference to us. As a result of the noise we ended up sleeping in the back double bedroom of the apartment while our children shared the bedroom beside us. We barely went onto the balcony so loud was the noise. Family and friends who have viewed our video recordings of the view and the noise have been astounded that anyone would market this property as a premium holiday stay without advising of the current situation. We just wish we had known the true situation as we would never have stayed.

Very nice and effective appartement, located close to the city centre and port.

A well equipped and effective appartement, located close to the city centre and port. Only drawback was construction work nearby (which I understand will be postponed during the tourist season) and the cooking oven which was not functioning properly (assumed this is fixed now).

Love the freshness of the appartement, the location, the pool, effective air conditioning, two bathrooms and the roof terrasse.

Will definitely consider to rent this appartement next year as well!

Lovely, comfy, contemporary and perfectly located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this contemporary and well equipped apartment which was every bit as good as the photos suggested. Plenty of space outside and in, with a lovely bonus in the roof terrace. The booking arrangements were straightforward before our arrival with all the information we needed, and some helpful restaurant tips from Gareth that we followed up (highly recommend Osteria N 15 and Centric in the square plus great breakfasts at Marina right on the front). We received super-fast follow up from Gareth and the local management company when we needed help, which was much appreciated. The apartment is just far enough back from the Pine Walk to be nice and quiet but still only a few mins stroll from restaurants and the sea. Our teens loved the pool and it was just delightful to watch the autumn sun rise and set from the balcony each day. Highly recommended!

Very stylish, spacious and a great location

Very nice apartment in a stylish development that is well kept by all the owners. Everything from pre-holiday information to door key collection was well organised and very easy. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and it was exactly as described on the website. The property is at the end of the current housing developments in the street and is quiet and undisturbed as a result. The apartment is smartly furnished in a contemporary style with good quality furniture and a very nice modern kitchen. The property definitely lived up to the photos on the website which isn't always true with some others I've used. The balcony and separate roof terrace were excellent and it was nice to have one for sunbathing and the other for eating.

Location is brilliant and only about 10 mins on a level paved path into the main waterfront area and beach of P. Pollenca. There are so many lovely restaurants in Pollenca that we were spoiled for choice. The local supermarkets, Lidl (brilliant) and Eroski (good), are about 10 mins away by car and there are other mini-supermarkets within easy walking distance.

We had cause to require some help from the property management company to fix a random issue and they were absolutely brilliant with excellent service. They sorted our problem very quickly and we were not inconvenienced in any way.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to couples or families alike. We would return in a heartbeat !!
