Stunning Privately Owned 3 Bed, 2 Bath Apt with Roof Terrace and Superfast Wifi

This Luxury Apartment has 3 good sized bedrooms (2 double, 1 twin), 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and a large open plan living area. Each Bedroom has access to a balcony or terrace with fantastic views of the sea and mountains. The apartment also benefits from it's own private 75m2 roof terrace with 360deg views of mountains and sea. The roof terrace is accessed directly from the balcony and is a fantastic entertaining space with sun loungers, dining table, BBQ and table tennis table. The apartment is equipped with all mod-cons, including satellite TV and superfast free wifi.

We fell in love with this area of Puerto Pollensa whilst on holiday with our first child and took the plunge in 2008 and bought the apartment.

What makes this apartment unique

We loved the fantastic pool and garden area as well as the stunning views of the bay from the balcony and roof terrace. The location was just right for us, near enough to the beach and town, yet quiet and peaceful.

Lovely, comfy, contemporary and perfectly located

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this contemporary and well equipped apartment which was every bit as good as the photos suggested. Plenty of space outside and in, with a lovely bonus in the roof terrace. The booking arrangements were straightforward before our arrival with all the information we needed, and some helpful restaurant tips from Gareth that we followed up (highly recommend Osteria N 15 and Centric in the square plus great breakfasts at Marina right on the front). We received super-fast follow up from Gareth and the local management company when we needed help, which was much appreciated. The apartment is just far enough back from the Pine Walk to be nice and quiet but still only a few mins stroll from restaurants and the sea. Our teens loved the pool and it was just delightful to watch the autumn sun rise and set from the balcony each day. Highly recommended!

Very stylish, spacious and a great location

Very nice apartment in a stylish development that is well kept by all the owners. Everything from pre-holiday information to door key collection was well organised and very easy. The apartment was spotless when we arrived and it was exactly as described on the website. The property is at the end of the current housing developments in the street and is quiet and undisturbed as a result. The apartment is smartly furnished in a contemporary style with good quality furniture and a very nice modern kitchen. The property definitely lived up to the photos on the website which isn't always true with some others I've used. The balcony and separate roof terrace were excellent and it was nice to have one for sunbathing and the other for eating.

Location is brilliant and only about 10 mins on a level paved path into the main waterfront area and beach of P. Pollenca. There are so many lovely restaurants in Pollenca that we were spoiled for choice. The local supermarkets, Lidl (brilliant) and Eroski (good), are about 10 mins away by car and there are other mini-supermarkets within easy walking distance.

We had cause to require some help from the property management company to fix a random issue and they were absolutely brilliant with excellent service. They sorted our problem very quickly and we were not inconvenienced in any way.

Overall I would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to couples or families alike. We would return in a heartbeat !!

Lovely modern apartment in great location

Very spacious and modern apartment which is well maintained and well equipped - fabulous views, pool and location, it being a 5 mins walk to the beach, shops and restaurants. We loved this part of Mallorca and would highly recommend this apartment and location.

Stylish appartment

Modern, clean and stylish appartment. We were very impressed gareth and had a lovely stay so thank you. The Lovely big pool is great and pretty quiet location. 5 min walk from pine walk and the beach, shops and restaurants, which was a must. In peak season more sunbeds would be needed by the pool and remember to take tea towels, washing up liquid etc. Thank you we had a great time.
