Less than 5 minutes walk into the centre with fabulous views over Morzine.

Situated on the Route de la Combe à Zore the apartment has been converted from a former hotel has always been a favoured location for holiday makers wishing to enjoy their stay in Morzine. Fabulous views over the town centre and a sunny aspect.

The mountain lifts and centre with all its shops, bars and restaurants are just a 5 minute walk away. One of the major advantages of the location is ability to ski back at the end of the day from the Pleney side of the mountain.

The 3 bedroom apartment covers the entire 2nd floor of the residence (about 100m²) which is serviced by a lift which allows direct access into your apartment.

The living area opens onto a large terrace which is south facing meaning plenty of light throughout the apartment. There is a Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom and access onto terrace. The 2 further bedrooms are both doubles with a shared bathroom ( with both rooms having separate access). Both rooms have their own toilet and access onto a balcony.

There is also, lift access direct into the apartment, ample storage cupboards, secure garage and a private Ski locker.
