New and modern self catering apartment in the small coastal fishing village of El Cotilllo, Fuerteventura. Part of a small development of only 40 apartments, located 2 minutes from the beach and with great uninterrupted views of the protected land facing east to neighbouring El Roque. This complex has a swimming pool (not heated) for use by residents only. There are showers and adjacent toilets.

Housekeeping: The apartment is fully serviced for your arrival and housekeeping services are included for stays of 10 nights or more. Additional cleaning and laundry service can be requested but cannot be guaranteed.

Driving: Car hire, while useful, is not essential. All areas of the village are easily reached on foot. A regular and reliable bus service from the village travels through several local villages on the way to Corralejo.

Das Apartment ist unglaublich gemütlich,groß und wirklich modern. Ein super toller großer Balkon und zusätzlich eine riesen große Dachterrasse machen es einfach perfekt. 2 min zum Supermarkt und zum Strand.Einfach nur Top!!!

El Cotillo is located on the north west coast of Fuerteventura. While it has expanded in the last few years, it is still a working fishing village and has maintained its local Canarian character and is an ideal location for a truly relaxing holiday. El Cotillo is famous for its stunning white sand beaches and protected clear blue lagoons where it is safe to swim all year round. For the more adventurous, the surf beach to the south of the village is more exposed to the Atlantic ocean waters and here you can find many water sport activities such as wind and kite surfing and body boarding. The area surrounding the village of El Cotillo is of great natural beauty and much of it protected. Here you can enjoy a variety of activities such as cycling, walking & birdwatching. The village itself has all the amenities you will need - supermarkets, bank with ATM, cafés, bars and restaurants serving locally caught fresh fish. Correlejo is only 20 min by car or 40 mins by regular local bus service.

Golf: There are now several Golf courses on the island, all within 1 hours drive from El Cotillo.

The second bedroom is also a good size with built in wardrobe space and a safe. This room has a day bed which can be used as a single bed or can extend to a double size bed. It has a slim dresser/desk. This room is primarily intended as an additional lounge or office area. This room also has sliding doors leading to the balcony. Both rooms have ceiling fans.
