Detached villa set in 1200 m of level mature gardens with large 10 x 5m swimming pool. Comprising of large hall, formal dining area, very large and light lounge with tv and Wi-Fi and double doors to covered terrace by pool with outside sofas and dining and BBQ. Plenty of sunbeds.

Kitchen with breakfast table, another outside breakfast terrace for 8 -10.

Downstairs bathroom with full bath/shower

Upstairs comprises 4 bedrooms

Master bedroom with ensuite

Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4.

Family bathroom

Close to all amenities so although recommended car is not necessity.

Easy walk to shops, bars restaurants

1km to wonderful safe Golden Beach with numerous beach bars

Had an amazing time in this fabulous villa

Had an amazing time the villa was fantastic and exactly how it was described. Plenty of room beds were very comfy. Villa was very clean and well maintained lovely big garden and pool. Jo the owner is lovely couldn’t do enough for us left us a little food hamper and champagne. Would definitely recommend the villa to anyone. Lovely bars and restaurant within walking distance. Would definitely stay in the villa again. Thank you Jo for letting us stay. Xx

Great Holiday - thank you!

Just finished our stay at Casa Pepa and had a weeks amazing holiday. Found the villa was just what we wanted was light and spacious in a beautiful palm tree lined road with the nicest turquoise swimming pool ever. The owners were really helpful and professional and our whole stay was so relaxing. Definitely going back next year.

Fantastic family villa

The villa was fabulous everything was perfect the pool and garden, could not fault it at all. The only problem was that I wished I stayed longer. A big thanks to the owners who were very helpful with any questions I had.

All guests staying at the villa are required to have travel insurance.
Children must be supervised at all time by their parents who are responsible for their safety.
4 hours cleaning is included. additional cleaning £15 per hour will be deducted from deposit as will any damages/loss/breakages.
No glass to be used in or around the swimming pool. No running near the pool or diving .
The property is to be returned in good and clean condition including kitchen, bbq and all furnishings fixtures and fittings.
