GREAT LOCATION VILLA WITH POOL Detached villa set in 1200 m of level mature gardens with large 10 x 5m swimming pool. Comprising of large hall, formal dining area, very large and light lounge with tv and fast fibre optic Wi-Fi and double doors to covered terrace by pool with outside sofas and dining and BBQ. Plenty of sunbeds.
Kitchen with breakfast table, another outside breakfast terrace for 8 -10.

Great villa, ideal for families.

Large, spotlessly clean villa equipped with everything you need for a fabulous holiday. Walking distance to a selection of shops and restaurants. Would recommend a car. Jo and Mike were great, very helpful and responded to any questions quickly. Would definitely return. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

Beautiful villa

We had a great time at casa Pepa , the outdoor area is amazing and we spent most of our time outside , Jo was always on hand if we needed to contact her and otherwise left us to enjoy our holiday ! A short walk down the hill takes you to a square with shops and restaurants , it’s really not that far and nice to walk down in the evening, it’s a bit steep on the way up so if you need to there is a taxi rank at the back of the carrefour supermarket. The little cafe nearby is good for toasties and coffee ……I would definitely recommend for families

Family holiday

We are a family of 10 that has just stayed at casa pepa for a week. The hosts Jo and Mike were so friendly, and couldn’t of been any more helpful and accommodating. Any questions we had they replied straight away and nothing was too much trouble. The villa is beautiful and had absolutely everything in it that we needed. We will definitely be returning.

Home from home. Fantastic villa and pool.

Ideal for two families. Certainly a ‘home from home’. Lovely pool and private gardens. Can sleep 9 so ideal for 2 families. Great location with nearby restaurants, large supermarket and beach within 15- 20 minute walk (smaller supermarket is nearby (5 mins) which has most of what you need. Will likely return in the future. Owners were fantastic so book with confidence.

Brilliant Villa

Nine ladies ventured to Casa Pepa for a long weekend in June 2019 and we such a good time in the villa, we hardly left it. The location is ideal. Just a 35 min transfer in a taxi from the airport for a reasonable fee, which saved the hassle of having to get a hire car. There are a few small shops (convenience store, tobacconist, pharmacy) within a 5 mins walk and a larger supermarket in a small square (15 mins walk) which also housed a number of restaurants and bars. It takes approx 20 min to walk to the beach, and it doesn't matter which way to you turn, you will come across a bar/restaurant after a short stroll along the waterfront where you can rent sun-loungers for the day and order food and drinks. It's pretty easy to get a taxi either from the taxi rank by the pharmacy/supermarket or by calling an Uber. The grounds are large, clean and safe. Lots of sun loungers and places to hide from the sun. The villa has an amazing swimming pool, and much bigger than it looks in the photos. The rooms were clean and comfortable, all with air-con and a ceiling fan. We found the kitchen to be well stocked with everything you could possibly think of for cooking up a storm. We also discovered a welcome pack of wine, bread, sangria and cakes which was very well received after a very early morning flight. The area as a whole seemed very safe and it was nice not to have any other villa's overlooking the pool and garden. Joanna was always quick to respond to any question sent her way and had lots of great tips for things to do and places to go, which really made life easier with the planning. All in all, this is a great villa with great hosts. I would definitely recommend it and would happily return again.

Why they chose this property

Casa Pepa is great because it is so close to everything - shops, taxi, bus beach restaurants, bars etc . and yet it is on a quiet and beautiful avenue, one of the best addresses in Elviria.
