Lovely apartment - home from home!

The owners were very helpful throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome Although the apartment is about 20 minutes walk from small town it is in a very quiet semi rural location Enzo and his wife ( who live below) keep the apartment spotless with a lovely terrace overlooking mountains We really enjoyed our time here and would recommend it

Casa di Maio is a beautiful well appointed appartment with large balcony &great views

On of the best features is the di Maio family who went out of their way to make our stay so wonderful. From arranging our pick up from the ferry, providing so much food and water, visiting us to make sure we were ok and not forgetting Caterina's cakes or Enzio's home made wine. This plus the lovely well equipped apartment made for a lovely holiday The apartment is, most of Casamicciola on a hill but the local bus service makes it easy to get around. Nearby is a small supermarket.., shops, cafe and resturant plus 2 spas. Casamicciola is a lovely small Italian town where visitors are welcomed with good variety of restaurants, cafes & shops. It is very Italian in its outlook with shops closing in the afternoons, restaurants not opening until around 7pm but not busy until after 8/8.30.

wirklich so schön wie auf den Fotos mit Blick aufs Hotel Savoy

großzügig geschnittene Wohnung, frisch saniertes Masterbad elegant eingerichtet. Geräumige Küche mit Gasherd (kocht sich super drauf - brauche Zuhause auch endlich eine), und allem Equipment, dass man so braucht. Alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, brauchten wir auch, weil es an manchen Tagen einfach heiß wie in einem Backofen war. Mit laufendere KA wurde es dann aber auch schnell kühl. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell ins Stadtzentrum (ca. 10 min gemütlich laufen), wir brauchten kein Auto und sind gut mit dem Bus zu Recht gekommen. Der Supermarkt ist auch gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, ist sehr gut sortiert (Obst, Gemüse+ frische Theke Fleisch/ Fisch) und bei guter Qualität günstig. Die Konditorei Di Leva macht phantastische Cornetti und diverse Dolci, aber kein Brot. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich, kommunikativ, großzügig und engagiert, hatten für uns schon einmal das notwendigste im Kühlschrank und in den Vorratsschränken bereit gestellt, so dass wir schon einen Grundstock an Dingen da hatten. Das hat mich sehr gefreut. Wir hatten ein sehr gutes Verhältnis und ich habe mich sehr gerne mit Ihnen unterhalten. Sie hatten auch die Geduld mein Italienisch zu ertragen und auf den google translator zu warten- der hat halt auch mal was falsch und Mist übersetzt-. Als unsere Tochter sich in die Hand geschnitten hat kam Enzo sofort von seinen Freunden nach Hause, hat uns in die Notaufnahme gefahren und dort auch mit uns 2 h gewartet und wieder nach Hause gefahren - das ist schon außergewöhnlich hilfsbereit und definitiv nicht selbstverständlich!!! Herzlichen Dank nochmals dafür. Nello ist der Sohn der Besitzer und vermittelt v.a., die Ankunft sollte man dann aber mit den Eltern absprechen, dass hatte ich anfangs nicht verstanden. Anhaltspunkt um die Straße zu finden ist am ehesten der Platz vor dem Eingang von Hotel Elmar und dem Hotel Savoy und die Konditorei Di Leva, dort geht eine kleine Gasse ab, die vom Namen her nicht ausgeschildert ist (der Taxifahrer hatte es auch nicht gleich gefunden). In unmittelbarer Nähe sind viele Thermen. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und wollen auch wieder kommen. Grazie per tutti a Catherina, Enzo und Nello

“Miglior tesoro nascosto di Ischia”

Casa Vacanza è un tesoro. Nello e la sua famiglia ha fatto di questa vacanza un'esperienza straordinaria che parla volumi di calore e ospitalità di italiano. L'appartamento è confortevole, pulito, pieno di luce e spazioso. Si trova in una posizione comoda, solo su una collina dal porto di Casamicciola. Con l'aiuto del nostro ospite, ci siamo assicurati un ottimo noleggio di auto e sono stati in grado di tour dell'isola molto facilmente. Prima del nostro arrivo, ci hanno contattato per assicurarsi che ci sarebbe un trasferimento pianificato per prenderci e portarci a casa, dato che avevamo programmato per un arrivo in tarda notte. Quando siamo arrivati a casa, abbiamo trovato una salsa di pomodoro fatta in casa che Caterina aveva preparato per noi - con pasta pronta per cucinare e mozzarella di bufala fresca. Il piatto è fantastico. La casa si trova sopra la residenza dei proprietari. Erano discreto e accogliente, sempre pronto a condividere i suggerimenti e i migliori posti da visitare. Ci siamo rimasti solo 8 giorni, ma il Di Maio è davvero ci ha aiutato ad avere la migliore esperienza. Ci tornerei in un baleno!! Una famiglia di veterinarian fantastica dell'Onu. Scoprili fatevela per non fumatori, ma lasciateci proposer un pochino di disponibilita' affinche', ci vogliamo tornare presto!
