About this property

Apartment Fabio is a beautiful duplex, very spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom apartment with fantastic facilities, just a short stroll from the Old Town and the harbour.

Fabio has a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. It also offers wifi, TVs, DVD, bluetooth speakers and a washing machine. It has two lovely separate outside areas; a very spacious pool side terrace with private pool and comfortable loungers and seating, with partial sea views. Additionally, there is a lovely courtyard area on the lower level which provides plenty of shade.

The lounge/kitchen area and all bedrooms have air conditioning.

The 2 double bedrooms (1 x Super King and 1 x King) have en-suites and the twin bedroom has the use of the main bathroom so in effect all bedrooms have their own bathroom. All bathrooms have been beautifully designed with travertine tiles and high quality fittings.

Fabio is an upside down duplex so all bedrooms are located on the lower level which tends to keep them cooler, and all have patio doors which lead out onto the peaceful and shaded courtyard garden, with an ottoman style seating area.

The apartment has a spacious fully furnished poolside terrace with its OWN relaxing pool (8 x 4 mtrs with a constant depth of 1.25 mtrs).

The poolside terrace offers an attractive shaded pergola with comfortable rattan seating and a dining table for poolside dining. Views of the mountain and partial sea views.

Sun beds, parasols and outdoor sofa are also provided for your comfort and convenience.

Our professional management team will ensure the apartment is ready for your arrival and the team will be on hand throughout your stay should you need assistance. A welcome pack will be provided on your arrival and a full clean, linen and towel change will be carried out mid-stay.

Towels (both bath and pool) are provided free of charge and there are hair dryers in the apartment available for your convenience.

**If you have a baby/toddler there is stair gate, a travel cot and a high chair for your sole use**

Great Kalkan Villa

We have just had the best time in Kalkan and in particular villa Fabio. From the very first message Sarah (owner) has been outstanding . Super helpful with pre check in information and local knowledge. During our stay she checked in and offered tips. The Villa itself self is perfect. Beautifully laid out and super clean. The pool area is outstanding and great to have a private space. Walk to town is easy and passes local supermarkets. All in all this was great Villa, super host and fantastic holiday. I will be recommending this to all you are thinking of travelling to Kalkan.

Fabulous Fabio Apartment

Fabio is a beautiful place to stay so spacious inside and out it is very well equipped and the pool area is a lovely space with comfortable loungers and a shaded seating area . Sarah was a pleasure to deal with from my first enquiry she was very quick to respond and always helpful and informative. The location of this apartment is great so convenient for town ,a supermarket very close by and bars and restaurants a short walk if you didn’t want to go into town , but if you do it’s a pleasant walk . I would highly recommend Fabio my family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay we have never spent so much time at our accommodation before and we would definitely return.

Had fantastic communication with sarah, the property is fantastic, had everything we needed especially with our 1 year old, including high chair, stair gate and travel cot. Everything was super clean, the pool was fantastic. We loved it! We are coming back for sure! X We will definitely be back here

Excellent facilities, quiet location yet close to all the delights of Kalkan

We love Fabio! Had our second visit in August 2018 and already booked for October 2019. Fabio has everything you need for a perfect holiday. The facilities are all excellent quality, air conditioning, appliances, furnishing and an amazing pool. Cleaning is of a really high standard and the team are super efficient. Fabio is in a great location. It’s quiet (even in the busy summer period) and yet it’s 5 mins from great restaurants, bars, shopping, Turkish baths and Spa. There are also plenty of food and grocery delivery options. Kalkan is beautiful and Fabio is the perfect place to stay. Really comfortable with the flexibility to do what you want, the way you want to do it, when you want to do it. We are looking forward to many more happy times at Fabio. We absolutely love spending time at Fabio and spend all our time - when we are at home - counting down the days until our next trip!

As a busy family of four, we have always enjoyed our holidays and time away together. We lead busy lives and enjoy the opportunity to get away to relax, de-stress and spend quality time together as often as we can.

We have always enjoyed good quality accommodation in fantastic resorts and we feel that Fabio provides this and more.

We look forward to eating out together as a family, which is something we don't often get the chance to do at home. Kalkan offers us the chance to do this with its huge choice of fantastic restaurants.

Why they chose this property

Having visited Kalkan for the first time in 2014, we instantly fell in love with the beautiful resort and decided to come back again in 2015 for another holiday. Trying to pass time on our last day of holiday, we decided to view some properties - merely out of interest - and we made a spur of the moment decision to buy Fabio! We just couldn't resist and we are so pleased we did! Fabio has everything we could ever want in a holiday home, from the space, the pool, the luxury, the views and the central location.

What makes this property unique

Fabio is a very spacious property in a peaceful yet central location, with lovely views of the sea and the mountains. It provides beautiful, spacious, villa-like accommodation. It is located in a very peaceful, quiet residential area and is set in a very small block of only 4 other apartments and has its OWN pool.

There are supermarkets and cafes almost on the doorstep and depending on how fast you walk, the Old Town is a around a 7 minute FLAT (!) walk along The Kalamar Road.
