The Cottage is situated in the peaceful walled gardens behind the historic Dragon House alongside 2 other properties, The Old Stables (sleeps 4) and The Old Brew House (sleeps 4). Despite the private tranquil location the cottage is right in the centre of the beautiful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden and ideally suited for exploring the famous Cotswold towns, villages and countryside.

Other equipment/provisions: The Cottage was totally renovated in 2014 and with the aid of interior designers the Cottage combines traditional character with modern facilities/equipment, contemporary décor and above all comfort. It accommodates a maximum of five people in three bedrooms with two bathrooms (one en-suite). There is secure off-street parking for one car with additional free parking on the High Street.

The Cottage is an ideal retreat for those looking for a peaceful and interesting holiday home with modern amenities such as wireless internet access, flat screen TVs, and a well presented and equipped kitchen.

About Sarah Dillon

After a successful corporate career Sarah stumbled across Dragon House and saw the potential. She sold her farmhouse on the side of a hill in nearby Ebrington and bought Dragon House and its derelict buildings in the garden in 2012. It took 6 months to gain Planning permission and listed building consent for the 3 cottages. Builders moved on site in October 2012 and after 18 months of creating the cottages and completely refurbishing the main house the guests were welcomed in March 2014, the paint on the walls just about dry! Sarah lives in the main house with her 8 year old son and her mother, the keen gardener, lives in a annex to the main house.

The Cottage is one of the best locations in Chipping Campden and Chipping Campden is arguably one of the best towns in the Cotswolds with a good local community and some of the best amenities. It is also very well placed to visit Stratford upon Avon, Warwick and Oxford as well as all the other Cotswolds places of interest. There are amazing walks and countryside to explore and then make it home to comfort and a wide range of eateries all on your doorstep!
