Old Stables are situated in the peaceful walled gardens behind the historic Dragon House alongside 2 other properties, The Old Brew House (sleeps 4) and The Cottage (sleeps 5). Despite the private tranquil location the cottage is right in the centre of the beautiful Cotswold town of Chipping Campden and ideally suited for exploring the famous Cotswold towns, villages and countryside.

Other equipment/provisions: The Cottage was totally renovated in 2014 and with the aid of interior designers the Cottage combines traditional character with modern facilities/equipment, contemporary décor and above all comfort. It accommodates a maximum of four people in two bedrooms with one bathroom. There is secure off-street parking for one car with additional free parking on the High Street.

The Old Brew House is an ideal retreat for those looking for a peaceful and interesting holiday home with modern amenities such as wireless internet access, flat screen TVs, and a well presented and equipped kitchen.

About Sarah Dillon

After a successful corporate career Sarah stumbled across Dragon House and saw the potential. She sold her farmhouse on the side of a hill in nearby Ebrington and bought Dragon House and its derelict buildings in the garden in 2012. It took 6 months to gain Planning permission and listed building consent for the 3 cottages. Builders moved on site in October 2012 and after 18 months of creating the cottages and completely refurbishing the main house the guests were welcomed in March 2014, the paint on the walls just about dry! Sarah lives in the main house with her 8 year old son and her mother, the keen gardener, lives in a annex to the main house.

Additional pricing information

Pet Fee £20

When you book, you should pay a 30% deposit amount due by either bank transfer (details on request), or by sending us a cheque made payable to Dragon house Cottages or an invoice can be sent with card payment details. Payments are only accepted in pounds sterling. We must then receive the balance of the money owed no less than 12 weeks before your arrival date at the property.
If you book less than 12 weeks before your arrival date, we must receive full payment of the total cost when you make the booking. For any accommodation booked less than two weeks before your intended stay, you must pay for the booking in full by bank transfer, at the time of booking.
If you do not pay any balance payment due in relation to your booking by the appropriate date we will send out a reminder to you explaining that your payment is late and giving you the opportunity to pay us. If we do not receive payment within one week of sending out a reminder, we will be entitled to assume, that you want to cancel your booking. In this case, we will be entitled to keep all deposits paid or due at that date. We will also be entitled to release your booking and re-let the property.
We may increase or reduce the prices of unsold products and services or correct mistakes in pricing at any time before we confirm your booking. We will confirm the price of your booking when you make it. As changes and mistakes can happen, you must check all details at the time of booking.
Changes or cancellations by you
If you want to change any detail of your confirmed booking, we will do our best to make the changes, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to meet your request. For further information on cancellations please refer to the terms and conditions in the booking form.
