This 90m2 apartment is located on the third of three floors of a building with elevator and has everything you need for your city break in Malaga. The property was completely renovated in August 2015 to a high standard. The apartment offers a light and spacious living room with dining table, sofas, TV and access to the lovely terrace where you can enjoy the beautiful view while enjoying dinner. The living room has access to the new kitchen complete with all accessories and a bathroom with shower.
We offer two bedrooms: a large bedroom with double bed, large wardrobes with mirror and a private bathroom with shower. The second bedroom offers two single beds and wardrobe.
We offer free parking and Internet. Please note that this apartment is located in a quiet urbanization approximately 1.5 km from the city centre; we highly recommend a car to be able to fully take advantage of the area.

We really enjoyed our few days in Monte Sancha. I wish we could have stayed longer. The apartment is beautiful, well equipped and very spacious. It has all been newly renovated. We particularly liked the chiringuitos (seafood restaurants) on the beach, which are just a five minute walk away, and the restaurants and bars overlooking the yachts in the stylish port area (Muelle Uno). Plaza de la Merced, Calle Larios, the Alcazaba, the Pompidou museum and the old town are within easy walking distance too.

Beautiful new apartment, brilliant layout and spotlessly clean. Perfectly located with so many beautiful restaurants and things too do. Ideal for a relaxing stay at anytime of the year.

Absolutely fabulous apartment located in a stunning part of the town Monte-Sancha just two minutes walk from the beech and fabulous restaurants. Loved the place.
