Bedroom two has a king size bed with ensuite. Wardrobe and chest of drawers.

Bedroom three is located on the the third floor with bunk beds and a full size single bed. Ensuite. Cupboard with hanging space for clothes.

There is also a landing area on the third floor with chest of drawers.

Kitchen:

Integrated fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing maching. There is a table and chairs which seats six.

Lounge - a double sofa bed and two single chairs with a footstool. There are patio doors leading into a paved area with seating and a kettle BBQ.

There is a downstairs toilet.

All bedrooms have blackout curtains or blinds.

Great holiday holiday fantastic location

Well equipped holiday home, tucked away just a stones throw from the seafront. Fantastic power showers in all the en suites good quality kitchen equipment including a tassimo coffee maker. Rear patio garden is an early evening sun trap. If you have younger children then the property is ideal as just across the road is a nice park. Heading towards Paignton there is a fantastic play area just after the pier. A 45 minute walk in the other direction brings you into Torquay. Location wise it is ideal, Tesco local about five mins walk and if you can't be bothered to cook try the Himal Indian takeaway great food reasonably priced and massive portions. Even helped that the weather was nice!

Lovely House, modern, clean, roomy, and all you could need home from home

1 The Retreat, Paignton. This lovely home from home is situated in a gated cul-de-sac of 8 similar properties with 2 parking spaces, set well back off the road. The beach is a few yards away and all shops and amenities are close by. Everything was spotlessly clean, It has everything you need and more, lovely kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, nice eating area. Wi-fi and Sky TV. We were greeted with an amazing cream tea when we opened the fridge. All bedrooms spacious with en-suite bathrooms and a downstairs toilet. Wonderful fluffy towels tied up with ribbon. Very tastefully decorated in the Sea Side Theme. There's a lovely little court yard outside and nice sea view from main bedroom. Anything else we needed was just a phone call away. The Family and I are looking forward to going back.

A clean well presented Property

The house was ideally located in a quiet private drive. There were two parking spaces in front of the property. Gaining entry and finding the property was very easy from the instructions provided. It was very clean and all the towels & bedding were of good quality

The 3 ensuite bathrooms were the main bonus along with the modern kitchen. The little courtyard garden was very peaceful and a nice place to sit with a drink. the description was spot.

The location was great for walking into Paignton.

We all went out for a curry at Thariks which was about a 15minute walk from the house. we found the food and service exceptional.

We also used the steam train to Dartmouth and found this a great day out as nobody had to drive.

I would definitely recommend this property to any person I know.

The welcome pack was an added bonus especially the cream tea.
