Snuggly set in a leafy residential area between Pollensa and Sa Pobla, this gorgeous 4-bedroom modern villa is just perfect for a family holiday to remember in the hot Mediterranean sun.

Sleeping up to eight guests in the utmost comfort, Subach Garden offers you a piece of paradise far away from the pressures of the modern world.

One look at this at the sizeable private walled estate and you know you are in for a special vacation. The villa lies in a sheltered position surrounded by beautiful gardens, mature trees and even a tropical banana plant! The views, as you can imagine, are simply breath taking.

And then there’s the swimming pool. With a stepped entrance for easy access, it’s a great place for a refreshing early morning dip, or just to cool off from the hot midday sun.

The private pool is surrounded by a large wooden decking area complete with sun loungers, tables and chairs. There is also a lovely outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi in which to relax whilst taking in the views. There’s a barbecue area too, with a plumbed-in outdoor sink and taps to wash the dishes. Nice.

If you want to shelter from the sun, check out the attractive covered terrace. With ample dining furniture, it’s the perfect place to enjoy a delightful al fresco meal with family and friends.

Inside, Villa Subach Garden is just as impressive. The light, bright living space is as cosy as it is tasteful. Wooden roof beams, tiled floor, cosy sofas, Astra satellite TV, large windows letting in the soft Mediterranean light…what’s not to like!

The kitchen/dining area is a dream. Cool and contemporary in design, it’s fitted with all the latest modern appliances including a large American-style fridge freezer.

Subach Garden also benefits from a laundry room complete with toilet, so when you get out of the pool or jacuzzi, you don’t have to drip water into the house!

The four bedrooms in the property are perfect. Two doubles are on the first floor, each with its own delightful terrace offering fabulous views. They share a full bathroom complete with modern appliances.

On the ground floor you’ll find two additional twin bedrooms that share a shower room.

Villa Subach Garden is a private 4-bedroom holiday villa located near Pollensa in the north of Mallorca. It really is a fabulous holiday rental property and early booking is most recommended.
