This fresh 2 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of a small traditional Mallorcan style development. Enjoy the balcony for relaxed breakfasts and evening drinks while watching the sun go down. Its just 100m to Santa Ponca's sandy beach, and a 10 minute walk to a small cove beach. All amenities are nearby (restaurants, supermarkets, play areas) making this ideal for families and couples looking for convenience and relaxation within a stylish setting. For 2017 we are booking Sunday-Sunday (in the hope that you can benefit from cheaper flight prices).

Fantastic Apartment. A home from home

We have just returned from spending a week in this gorgeous apartment. It's perfectly placed for all the amenities in Santa Ponsa, only a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The complex has a very pretty pool area with plenty of sun beds and umbrellas and a car park which we utilised as we had hired a car for the week. The view from the extensive balcony was amazing, watching the sun go down every evening. Del, the owner, is very helpful and the apartment is equipped with everything needed, and more, to ensure your holiday is a success. Will definitely be booking again. Cannot recommend enough.

Lovely apartment in a well maintained complex

We had a lovely relaxing holiday in this excellent apartment. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need. The view from the balcony is amazing, and it was nice to sit and eat breakfast looking over the bay. It is minutes from everything, and the resturant Mama Mia on the corner was a favourite of ours. There are information folders with everything you need to know about the apartment, and Santa Ponsa kept within the apartment, which we found useful. The pool area is spotless and we always managed to get a sunbed, it was very peaceful and quiet. Mr & Mrs Jones made everything easy from the stage of booking, and they were on the other end of the phone if you needed to make contact about anything, which we didn't as they have everthing down to a fine art in their comfortable apartment.

best in majorca

We loved it! The apartment is centrally placed and is beautifully decorated-- light and airy and we loved the balcony. All mod cons including dishwasher and washing machine and great bathroom. Pool in the complex and gorgeous beaches nearby. The township has a lovely village feel with fantastic and reasonably priced restaurants and a brand new well stocked supermarket. Everything works, its spotless and we would love to come again. Thoroughly recommend!

Fantastic holiday

The property is of a very high standard, very clean and well presented. The kitchen and bathroom were newly fitted. Several finishing touches from the owners helped to make our holiday perfect; a washing machine, a towel radiator (handy for April as was cooler in evenings) a box of games suitable for very young children and some for older children, beach chairs, umbrellas and various inflatable and swimming equipment which our children loved using! Two balconys meant that one could be used for drying swimwear and the other kept tidy for relaxing on. There seems to be nothing the owners haven't thought of, there was even spare plug adapters and enough DVDs to keep you through a month of wet weather! The apartment has a very nice pool area, which was lovely and quiet, in a sheltered spot with lots of sun loungers and chairs available and is only 2 minutes walk from the beach with a play area. Lots of lovely restaurants and a wonderful bakery for morning croissants nearby. We highly recommend this apartment and look forward to going back.

Brilliant first stay

The apartment has been fitted out to a really high standard, with all the modern appliances that you could possibly want, plus more. The beach box and other, indoor toys came in very handy at times and meant that we didn't need to pack buckets, spades etc.

The location is ideal, being just a short stroll from the beach and local amenities.

We would recommend the apartment without hesitation.

Excellent accommodation, great location

We had a really enjoyable and relaxing fortnight here in September.

We found the apartment very clean, comfortable and well-equipped, with its two balconies providing great views across Santa Ponsa bay, the town itself and the mountains beyond. It has the kitchen facilities for those who feel like cooking, but with so many good, well-priced restaurants literally a five minute walk away, we dined out every night.

Casa Vida is a small, secluded complex with its own excellent pool and, as Santa Ponsa has a fine beach only five minutes from the apartment, we had a choice of location for swimming and sunbathing.

We particularly enjoyed chilling out on the balcony and on most days also went for walks, quite often ending up at the pretty El Nautico marina to view the rather fine boats moored there and to sip a glass or two at the friendly bar.

As a couple we found the apartment perfect for our holiday and can certainly recommend it. However, its location and facilities would also be ideal for a larger group or for a family with children. We will be definitely be back next year.

The Puig de sa Morisca Archaeological Park is an archaeological park located in Santa Ponca in the municipality of Calvià on the island of Majorca, part of the Spanish autonomous community of the Balearic Islands. Puig de sa Morisca (translation: "Moorish Peak") is a hilly mountain, and in 2002, it was preserved as an archaeological park. It is 35 hectares in size and open to the public. The park contains more than 15 sites and nine architectural elements that are of ethnologically interesting. Its a lovely place for a walk or picnic, with superb views of the bay and surrounding area. If you have a car there is a car park at the entrance but you can walk there (uphill) from Casa Vida.

Palma is the transport hub of the island and from here you can take public transport (bus and train) to all corners of Mallorca.
